@gloriarichardson8266 in the Sacramento area real estate agents aren't involved in rental transactions. However, depending on area you are looking to relocate to, we often times have suggestions on where to rent, since some of our clients utilize temporary housing while their new homes are built or while they are transitioning to the area. @georgegreen455 the Bay is definitely easier to live in as a single person without kids. But we still have people paying over $3k a month for a 1 bedroom apartment there, so affordability remains the key issue. With so many people moving from the Bay Area to Sacramento you can definitely find areas that are more culturally diverse within the Sacramento region.

@FernandoVazquez-jp3uj we see more ADUs being built on existing properties and builders having them as part of larger homes, but I haven't seen any tiny house communities pop up. I assume as affordability continues to be a challenge that builders may get more creative, but right now the lowest prices we are seeing is the $400ks in some of the outskirt surrounding cities of Sacramento CA.

@thomassnew1053 all perspective, home prices have rose everywhere the last few years. It's still one of the most affordable places to live in California for those to wish to stay in Cali.

@ronnishawilkinson9166 within Roseville only? and what budget are you trying to stay under? Really depends on what type of lifestyle you are trying to go for.

@BreannaPerkins-y9r Danny is from LA & I lived there during college! Sac definitely isn't worse than LA. We always tell people, it depends where you are coming from. Locals may complain as things have changed, but those coming from Bay Area & SoCal can truly appreciate the higher quality of life you can have here for much cheaper. Like @Moshuun said, if you can bring your LA income then you are really set!

@caseysatkowski9661 definitely depends on where you are going & time of day. Downtown Sac would be closer to 40 minutes without major traffic.

@MrRitvikKhanna this community would put you about 50mins from airport. This is on opposite side of town from Folsom/Palladio, the more popular shopping destination that this is only 20 mins from this community would be the Westfield Galleria Mall & The Fountains in Roseville. @MsVanna24 It varies, but a large portion of the buyers would be relocating from higher price markets like Bay Area & So Cal. Some come with high paying remote jobs, but many are in healthcare & get paid well here. Also keep in mind that if locals already own a home with equity, they can roll it to these new home which helps them be more affordable. Interest rate buy downs can make home much more affordable!

@trofemtrofem5283 we expect prices to start rising as interest rates are going down & create more buyer demand. Not much in the Sac region near $300k unfortunately.

@RunW-TheBigDogs the biggest advantage to older homes are those yards! What are the cross streets to the area you like? My mother-in-law/teammate lives off Arena in an established area & has a great size backyard & easy access to all Sac has to offer .

@charlita25 where do you live now? We personally haven't experienced racism like that, as Sacramento is such a melting pot, but of course there are many different areas within Sac so there could definitely be variances in everyones experiences. We also see less of the homelessness in the suburbs, and far less in Sacramento when comparing to the Bay Area or Los Angeles, so just comes down to what you compare to.

Sacramento is one of the least racist places in the world. We have a global community of every kind of people here.
