Oticon Companion App: A Quick Glance

In this video, Value Hearing audiologist, Louai, takes a look at Oticon's new Companion app, which merges the previous Oticon On and Oticon RemoteCare apps into the one app. While there is no new functionality, you now have the ability to access all features of the previous 2 apps in the one place.

After a great deal of hassle to get apple 15 update on my iphone it only paired with ONE HEARING AID, my right one and now I can't see my photos as tiles just as folders. What a mess!!!!

I would have loved to seen a demo of the updated functionality to re-connect a hearing aid when it disconnects and you are not near your charging dock. Turning the aids off and then back on and then pressing the Connect button is a straight up joke and never works

Was this demo done using the iphone app or the android app? My android app doesn't have the equalizer or show anything but the "General" program

This new app tells me my Oticon hearing aids, which paired perfectly with the old app, are not compatible. Surely things this expensive should be backward compatible.

Garbage because it is missing the locator function that was in the Oticon ON app.

The old companion on app was so much better. This one doesn’t work most of te time.
The connection with the hearingaids is interrupted a lot. This is GARBAGE.😂
