And the papers he showed in that video is much worse than in the movies 😂

"All I know is I wrote every single word of everything I ever murdered

And I got no faith in your writers, I don't believe in ghosts"
@@MacNifty Lol. He had no assistance with lyrics. At all. Also, em wrote every word that's come outta dres mouth on every single collab they have except dres verse on medicine man and Em wrote the entirety of The Watcher and has writing creds for bang bang and let's get high. He also makes reference tracks for Dre showing him the proper flow and delivery. Two leaked. And royces manager stated he personally witnessed em having to sit Dre down and school him on complex rhyme schemes like "Dre was his pupil." Nobody in the music business is completely "self made" and you come across as a salty ass bitch. There's always at least one in every Eminem comment section and so far you're in the number 1 spot since this is the second thread I've found you in spouting off horseshit. i literally hated the love interest because it seemed like all she cared about was that he was good at rapping and he was working on his career. Literally every (or almost every interaction) she mentions his rap career. In all the times you mention Eminem’s lack of chemistry with Brittany Murphy, how could you NOT mention his extreme amount of chemistry with Mekhi Phifer?
Though I agree with this comment I just think he focused on hers and his chemistry because they was supposed to be "love interests" And there really didn't seem to be anything there between them lls

This film has always been a guilty pleasure of mine. Interesting fun fact is that the entire film is one week in his life. And they do an excellent job showing each day. Andrew Signorino no it’s not
Andrew Signorino no, he’s correct. A cypher is a form of writing. To step-write it makes sense. To step right in does not
@@JohnDoe-kw3pc Idk if ur slow or just don't really understand rap lyrics in general but there is no such thing called step-writing. And a cypher in hip-hop is essentially a live collaboration of several artists in one recording typically outside of a studio, not just 'a form of writing'. Look up the lyrics, what I said was correct and it still stands.
Andrew Signorino first, I don’t understand your need to insult me when I merely disagreed with you. It’s both unnecessary and childish. Secondly, step-writing is in the name, it means simply to write step by step. Third, I did look up the lyrics just to be sure of myself, and it says “stepwritin”. You could’ve informed me as to how my premise may have been flawed in a way, and I am willing to admit when I’m wrong, but the way you went about it is no way to conduct polite conversation. I looked up “the definition of cypher in rap” and it appears you have too given that your articulation is exactly the same as the definition I read. In the future maybe you can treat people with more respect.
Once again, there is no such thing as "step-writing". Nobody on this planet says "step-writing", just stop. Again, here's the official lyrics genius.com/Eminem-lose-yourself-lyrics . Here's another www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/eminem/loseyourself.html . I'm pretty sure you're either trolling me or you're 12 years old because this really isn't difficult to understand.

@@rapliberationarmy089 Yeah he would have had to plan at least 3 years in advance to have actual real dreads for that role. Phifer, in real life is usually bald or has a fade. That wig was just a hot mess.
10:08 well um yeah, according to an interview a years ago supposedly that’s what he does he just writes points to start from and connects all the dots from the few favourite bars he writes down

11:37 - 11:53 You'd be surprised Jeremy. Not necessarily rap or detroit specifically, but that situation is actually pretty mild and tame compared to how absurd and fucked up it can get in the streets.

8 Mile is still a masterpiece
The guy from Honey 😁😂 I love that you've seen so many movies. A little bit of everything like myself. Some people just stick to certain movie genre's.
Where I do agree that the first battle for EM was less on target. I believe the reason he won, besides him being the main character in an underdog story, is that he went after The Free World, a highly respected group in the area the movie takes place. That shit'll earn you points in a badass contest which rap battles are in a boiled down sense.
Looks like Killshot wasn't enough.
A lot of the slang and phrases in this movie will be lost on people who isn't from Detroit. Also as someone who is from Detroit, sinning this movie is sacrilegious.
Not to be confused with when you worship D12's balls. Then you're sack religious.
“We don’t even see him eat the spaghetti...” I laughed way too hard at that. Whoever writes these is hilarious. And I love them. ❤️😘
FWIW, on cruise ships at least, it's not uncommon for Bingo jackpots to be $5,000 or $10,000. But for a random land-based Bingo somewhere in Detroit? Probably not, I'm guessing.
mritty115 in Cleveland we had bingo winners up to 5k. I’m sure Detroit too.
Unless she went across the border to Canada, and theres a reservation bingo hall nearby. You can see big jackpots like that every night.

12:08 Bingo payout is actually pretty believable. Individual games have smaller payouts, between $100 and $1000. But many places have a rolling jackpot, which is only won under certain conditions (e.g. Bingo in under 10 balls). This can be well over $10k, so $3200 is realistic. People spend A LOT of money on Bingo.
