I've never watched a full episode of this show but whenever I run across these videos I've almost never seen Daymond make a deal. He is either out from the beginning or due to similar petty shenanigans.
Daymond came off so childish when he said "Im out". He clearly knew that no one respects him and he would lose the offer to Mark. The entrepreneur here was one of the strongest Ive seen on here. Very comfortable and confident. Not afraid to be asked hard questions. I would have strong faith in the company with him leading it.
Why would anyone disrespect him?

The app production sounds unique and went right over their heads. For someone who not only wants to workout, but see an actual progress report from your effort is pretty neat. Having said that, this device could be a $200-$400 base price with expensive accessories and it would open a larger market.

A quick update: After a few struggling months, the company got sold. Mark and Shaq got together and decided to buy the whole business. This company it’s now worth $72 million. The former owner now works at Burguer Joint (a Burguer King copy) where in February of 2023, he was chosen the employee of the month and his picture can be seen in a store at 14th street in NY. Great story.

From what I can tell, the deal with Mark never went through. I always want the update on these deals. Some of them really blow up and some of them go nowhere. This company seems to be growing in spite of not having the deal with Mark happen.
how do you know the deal didn't go through?

As off December 2022, no evidence has been found to show that Mark has closed the deal.
Daymond is becoming kind of irrelevant in the tank compared to the other sharks. He rarely competes with any of them and when he has to, he decides to play the offended card to try to pressure the entrepreneur to take his offer instead of selling himself or negotiating.

Totally agree I feel like they should replace Daymond, especially considering his questionable lawsuits with previous shark tank deals he’s done. No one wants to partner with him, he’s the most boring on the show, even though off the air he seems so funny + intelligent, it hasn’t translated over the seasons of the show ! It's such a massive shame this piece of equipment only has resistance on the positive/concentric portion of the exercise and not the negative/eccentric portion as well. I would buy one if it had resistance for both the negative and positive portions of the exercise

Actually interested in purchasing this because buying individual dumbbells & lugged them out from under the bed is annoying. Plus I frequently travel, so this on the go ability could work when I’m at a hotel that doesn’t have a fitness center.
