Thank you to everyone who has been patiently waiting for part 2! I had to film this video TWICE and editing took 4 days! 💀 I am back at uni and work now, so i might be back to the ‘video every fortnight’ schedule. I wish i could do more. I hope you guys enjoy this video and find it helpful. A lot of love, time, and thought went into making it 🥹💕
Honestly even when I wore primers my make up would transfer. I've been wanted to try one size but I guess it don't matter. I stopped using primer and my makeup looks the same
Hey! I thought for months that Supermilk didn’t work with my thin hair, always looking greasy when putting it on dry hair, but putting it on damp hair CHANGED my hair. The water made it lighter and better for my hair type, and now I cut it with water so I can still put it on dry hair for that extra yummy/ hydrating hair boost.
Its not the thickness of the hair but more with the porosity of your hair. I have thick but low porosity hair, heavy products do not work on my hair. Even if i apply it on damp hair, it is difficult for the product to absorb into my hair. Just ends up sitting on my hair, weighing it down and making it look like i need another hair wash. So opt for lightweight stuff, as you said, dilute it or hair steaming prior to applying your product might work.
They literally are. It’s cheaper for a brand to send product to one hundred influencers and pay them (in money or free product) to promote it than it is to pay dozens of people for a marketing campaign. This generation of influencers don’t realize that they’re glorified sales people who don’t even make a good commission.
No way I actually love the Tir Tir foundation for a full coverage look!! It’s so good for events and fancy occasions! It literally never comes off of me? You’re right though, it does oxidize over time…which isn’t horrible but I bought a shade lighter because it’s one of the only foundations that doesn’t break me out!!!
@@Toji_Simp@Toji_Simp I think it's just different for different skin types cuz for me it literally slides off even after setting with powder and setting spray.
I've got the best compliments on how my skin looks when I wear the Tir Tir foundation and even though my summer shade is dark for me, it kind of changes into my colour. It's wild how foundations change from person to person
I've struggled with some pretty severe cystic acne, and patches really help me not to touch things, so i appreciate starface for making that patches almost trendy to wear in public. HOWEVER, yea I've never actually bought theirs because they're severely overpriced for a person who will break out regularly.
I'd totally recommend looking for like just straight hydrocolloid patches from a pharmacy if ur looking for a way to save money but still use hydrocolloid. I buy them that way bc they come in massive sheets meant for like proper wounds and stuff and u can just cut a bit off and use the rest later. they're great for any like actual surfaced acne/pimples but not good for under skin tho bc its not got like any microneedles/actives, just hydrocolloid. i buy the duoderm 10x10 extra thin sheets from chemist warehouse which are $10 for a pack of about 10 I think and one sheet will cover soooooo many individual pimples
@caoimhedaly7262 great tips! I have actually bought hydrocolloid sheets before but I'll have to look into that brand. The sheets can get annoying for individual acne because peeling the backs off of small pieces is a pain but it's a godsend for cluster break outs and large acne. They're also great to have around for scrapes and scratches that don't fit bandaids, I ended up using them on cat scratches lol, they're super useful.
I got Tirtir recently and I thought it was like... Wayy too much coverage and I wasn't expecting that, but then I learned you're supposed to use the plastic flap to tap it around and evenly disperse it onto the cushion. Then I tried it again and it was perfect 😂 I straight up looked dead with no coloring at all at first, but the second time just kinda blurred by redness a little bit didn't do the full coverage.
You should make an Asian beauty tips/products video! I struggle finding products that work on me, especially since western beauty standards take over social media trends
The Bubble Moisturizer fits for dry skin in harsh winter temperature, which is not the case in Australia. A thick formula is needed for the face when it's minus 20°C outside
I wear the Chanel coco flash lipstick paired with a cool-toned dark brown lipliner (Rimmel lip pencil shade Cappuccino) for a really gorgeous cool toned nude lip! I’m a very fair neutral olive and it seems to work really nicely for me, esp paired with a neutral cheek and black cat eye liner or a black smokey eye :)
I'm a very cool toned fair and I really struggle with finding ways to wear the lipsticks I own -- I really like dark browns and berries so will check out that lip liner. Thank you!!😊
18:48 this and the cheirosa 71 cream are my 2 favorite creams on the market rn. They’re my 2 favorite body products especially for this oddly cold American winter
The starface pimple patches are cute for their packaging but that's it. I bought them exactly for that reason. However, I suggest you to buy the hero ones for better results
Hi! Love your videos! Just wanted to pop in and say for the TirTir (or any Korean cushion foundation) you’re supposed to pat off the excess on the back of the puff holder. A little goes a long way so it helps take off the excess and distribute it more evenly. It might be why you may have problems with feeling like the foundation is cakey. Personally I’ve never tried TirTir. I only use JungSaeMool but it’s the same concept.
ahhh! i loved this video thank u sm for your insight:)) need to know ur opinion on the new glossier perfume scents, i was planning on getting one of them but im still debating:)) also would love a make bag video
she actually bought glossier reve, but ended up returning it, since the scent didn’t meet her expectations as much as she would’ve liked. it’s in one of her more recent videos. hope this might have helped!
I have travel sized bottles of both and they’re just.. okay. I don’t think there’s anything about either of them that stands out They don’t smell bad by any means, but they’re just… meh Fragrance is very subjective though, so if you are genuinely very interested in one of them I would recommend getting a sample and smelling the fragrances on your own skin
I haven’t smelt Doux but I did buy Reve. I returned it haha! It smelt like cherry cough syrup to me and I don’t get any of those lactonic notes so it wasn’t for me! 💕
I've got all three. The original is my signature scent, and although I'd agree with her that it doesn't last very long, I get compliments hours and hours after spraying, so I think I just go nose blind to it. I regret réve (they refunded me, which was so good) , it's kind of similar to Juliette by jhag, a little nondescript, vaguely stone fruity and musky, and not as gourmand as they made me think. I also have doux which to me is like a much softer, approachable santal 33, but without the pickle smell. It's not really similar to the original, but it has the same kind of "clean girl" vibe. It's warmer, woodier, and more cocooning and slightly more masculine leaning.
Many of my colleagues have meager salaries but carry luxury bags. When I asked them:How do you get so much money to buy LV, they told me that they bought it on *regbags* , which is indistinguishable from the original and affordable.
My take is that you don't need an expensive one, just like you don't need an expensive setting spray (I have the green Elf putty primer and literally the cheapest setting spray I could find in the supermarket). It does make your makeup look nicer but spending tons gets you diminishing returns. Same with nail polish and lip gloss/oil -- unless you have specific requirements you don't need to spend over £10/$15 *absolute max*
I love your videos! You inspired me to try different things and to take better care of my skin. ❤ my face is looking better instead of hiding it with makeup so thank you
Thank you so much for this!! I personally have tried both, the hydro grip primer and the elf one and I can confidently say I really like Elf one better, the Milk one peeled on me sometimes and it doesn't go well with SPF which in my case is a no no. I love your channel and your reviews thank you for sharing
Hey, you're not supposed to leave on the fino mask for more than 1-2 minutes. In the instruction video they actually wash it right away cuz obv its super oily. Its also recommended to use only once a week. But yea in my experience 1-2 min is totally enough for the effect to take place
5:02 I do add pink/rose to my complexion - I was a pink & neutral pale girl, but I’ve lost my natural blush tones for the most part. I use pink powders in a variety of ways, and add pink tints in ways that are not “blush.” But lol, ofc blush & color correctors work beautifully, I definitely do not need a dedicated product for this, altho I’m not sure why ppl buy bronzing drops either. My tube of milani glow skin tint has worked great for that & is on its 3nd year…
You'll really like that Bum Bum cream in about 20 years. It tightens up cellulite and helps firm up loose skin from pregnancy and/or weight loss. And it smells delicious. The skin tightening is REAL though. You just don't need that benefit yet. BTW you're just about the age where your skin is stopping making collagen. Now's the time to pivot your focus to retinol and peptides and keep religious with your sunscreen. You've got great skin.
Super milk is meant for dry coarse hair types (which I have) and honestly I didn’t love it. It was just okay but nothing revolutionary and as a gourmand girly the scent was meh
in my personal opinion lush needs to be canceled, the ingredients in their products 😒 from an aesthetician preference i wouldn’t even put lush products on my feet. just be careful w lush you guys!!!

I get very large spots on my face sometimes that become very red. I hate how it looks, but you can’t put makeup on it because that just makes it worse. I love the starry patches because I can help my skin while not being worried I look like a monster when I go out. I see a lot of kids wearing them too. They help my skin a good amount, but I also don’t have super intense acne, and everybody’s skin is different. And I agree on super milk, a little costly but worth it and last a while for a small bottle!

“Primer’s like dessert; it’s nice to have, but you don’t need it” ugh truer words have never been spoken 😂
Hehe 💕
So true!
Honestly even when I wore primers my make up would transfer. I've been wanted to try one size but I guess it don't matter. I stopped using primer and my makeup looks the same
I disagree so so much 😦
Like, my makeup "melts" as time goes by since i'm so oily, i *need* primer
I think it depends on the person because of skin type, how long you wear your makeup for, how much your face is touched, etc
Hey! I thought for months that Supermilk didn’t work with my thin hair, always looking greasy when putting it on dry hair, but putting it on damp hair CHANGED my hair. Yes! I should’ve mentioned it’s supposed to be applied on damp hair! Glad you made it work for you, I love it! 💕

I’m old, so take what I say with a grain of salt. To me , Influencers = advertiser, their job is to sell stuff . 😂
Their job is to entertain not to “sell stuff” like when did every single person become the worlds biggest lying sleaze salesperson??
And leave her alone she’s super pleasant
@@shelbylaf319I think the original commenter is referring to the people who recommend the products she is reviewing (re TIKTOK VIRAL in the title)😅

a few friends have tried the elf dupe of that milk primer, and they love it! much more affordable and works great
The ELF primer dries down quite quickly so I work in sections vs applying it all over my face all at once. I find it works better this way.
I would love if you tried some of the Medicube and April Skin products! I see them everywhere but can’t tell if the videos are sponsored or not
I could watch a million of these, make as many as you can lol!
72 dollars for a lipstick ? Even for a luxury brand this is ridiculous 😂
