Very helpful tips, thank you so much for sharing! My recent test result turned out my sugar is in the high normal range so your video is a great help (talk about the timing!) 😆 It’s good to know that I’m not alone in this journey. I’ve given up a lot of sweets already, but may need to work on the order (thanks for the info!) and timing of my meals. Apple has also become a staple in my diet too and it’s good at keeping me awake. Any suggestions on which calorie count app to use? By the way, is this video already shot using osmo pocket 3? Nice! Keep the videos coming! - from your INFJ follower 😁

yes, I did use the Osmo pocket three already! haha it’s good to know that I’m not alone in this journey too! actually, the app I use is in Korean so it might not help that much 🥲 do you still want the recommendation?

@@markpparkinseoul Oh I see, thanks but yeah you’re right. I might end up Googling a lot to navigate it. 한국어 잘 못해요. 아직 배우고 있어요 😅

Oftentimes we encounter patients with rhabdomyolysis due to extreme exercise…. Just for you to be aware and hopefully to read about it…
