It's because we needed to finalize how to treat Odi and Tuerck since the on-ground record of if Odi's car was fixable was in question and that affects his finishing results, which ironically does nothing to the championship points because of where he was at, so what you see there is the order that will be final, since that is the only one going through an administrative review.
I believe because of the live chat people complaining about ads. Acting like the Superbowl ain’t got commercials…. But it’s also a good way to rewatch or catch back up if you missed it. So I see it as a win win
