Are you part of the 'grey hair don't care' club? If so, like this video! :) Did this message about letting go of the hair dye to help your intuition resonate? Let me know.

I’m 61 & am still pretty gray with dark underneath, but I do dye my ends a violet. Been growing out my hair for the past 6 years. I love it. I get compliments all the time!! It is liberating!! Good luck & hang in there!

I love this! 💗You're having fun with it😊I agree it's so liberating and feels so good. I feel like I have one more year and then all the colour from years prior will be gone.

We should stop calling it "grey", it's really silver & beautiful, like natural highlights

I totally agree with you! I'm going to change the title of the video :) I usually call it my sparkle or refer to my hair glistening because I actually appreciate the colour. Great catch! Thank you 💗

Your hair looks beautiful and healthy. The truth about grey is it is mineral loss or imbalance that as we lose our gut health and ph as we age, we don't absorb as many of the minerals we eat. I saw on you tube how to use oregano; rosemary and I add a bit of clove to boil for 10 min and make a tea and treat hair for half hour with it and rinse out and my grey is returning to natural color over the past month 2 treatments a week. I have been surprised. I also take gut help and minerals daily. Mineral loss eventually effects other parts of the body. I like to learn health tips from Eric Berg , he does his homework and uses whiteboard as he teaches .Blessings

Ohhhh thank you for all the info. I'll give it a try. This is also a great reminder that I have to be better about gut health and managing the transition to menopause. Thank you for mentioning this 💕
