I would take this house over pretty much every single multimillion pound massive, bling residence you've covered. Appropriate size for a family, beautifully designed both in and out and oh so tasteful. Something that I think people leave at the front gates when they've got a lot of money to spend. Less is more!

Great looking house. I like the neat use of space with the study at the side. The Kitchen is dark , but plenty of light comes through to compensate. It definitely has a nordic dark and zen health and beauty spa vibe about it.

Now, that's a gorgeous house. I love the panelling. It give the room the texture it needs. I wish the owner would put in a pop of color to break the monotony. A colorful sofa or chair perhaps? Maybe a splash of colored painting on the wall?
Design Seed would inject a bit more glam to this house. I don't feel it needs any glam as it feels livable. If I could plonk it where I live I'd be a very happy bunny
Yup very nice . It looked a lot bigger on the inside than it did from the outside. But yeahh I'd be very happy living here great views. One thing i don't get I've seen this in loads of properties you've shown , why do they have mirrors and pictures just propped up against the wall but not on . Don't get that 🤔

Northern modern trends for a budget, sure it is very popular up north this for a modern family home . everything went together, every cohesive, no surprises .. been inspired by children's literature I would guess to an extent .. good use of space, just a bit too conservative and constrained by wanting to appeal to the masses .. has a bit of show house feel to it .. She has a lot more within herself and should have really pushed herself outside her comfort zone ... maybe a wasted opportunity and something to consider for the next project ... 7.5/10 not higher because she has a lot more potential than she is showing here ...
Looks like a lego house from the outside, just boxes, the interior is not my kind of house either. The stairs look like a deathtrap for kids and anyone elderly, no character or charm in my opinion, but then I love old, very old. I can see though that the property has been done with care and a very good level of finish, if you are into that kind of look its probably right up your street!
Black surfaces for kitchen is NOT a practical idea! Grease marks , finger prints, and even the slightest dust film are all too visible even if you clean everyday .
All I can think about it how awful that house would be to clean, the panelling everywhere even the kitchen island! Then the bathroom tiles. Nice to look although, just not livable for a family with children.
people wonder why they are soooo depressed these days, Its partly because they have painted their homes depressing colors: Grey (like a rainy day that never ends), Black (like a funeral). humans need color in the home. There is a psychological aspect to decorating with color. Years ago interior designers knew: blue was calming, (good for bedrooms) yello was energizing (good for kitchen & outside home paint), grey depressing, green creative, red makes you rush etc. look into this aspect of decorating. Homes need more COLOR. 🦆🦜🌷🌼😊

It would be look better if there’s more colors because everything was light brown or dark brown and black and that’s make feel uncomfortable
