The best
I would take this house over pretty much every single multimillion pound massive, bling residence you've covered. Appropriate size for a family, beautifully designed both in and out and oh so tasteful. Something that I think people leave at the front gates when they've got a lot of money to spend. Less is more!
What a beautiful house! The scale is so cozy and welcoming, and the interior is the perfect balance of modern and warm. I would choose this house over some $30 million mansionbox any day of the week.

This is the home I would like for myself and is definitely the best home shown on this site. I feel I could walk in, and feel at home very quickly. Its very understated which makes it instantly appealing
House looks great. Really like it. What I learned most though is that rich people like places to sit. If you include the garden I reckon you've got enough chairs/seats in this house for 100 people.

Now, that's a gorgeous house. I love the panelling. It give the room the texture it needs. I wish the owner would put in a pop of color to break the monotony. A colorful sofa or chair perhaps? Maybe a splash of colored painting on the wall?

Great looking house. I like the neat use of space with the study at the side. The Kitchen is dark , but plenty of light comes through to compensate. It definitely has a nordic dark and zen health and beauty spa vibe about it.

Design Seed would inject a bit more glam to this house. I don't feel it needs any glam as it feels livable. If I could plonk it where I live I'd be a very happy bunny

Yup very nice . It looked a lot bigger on the inside than it did from the outside. But yeahh I'd be very happy living here great views. One thing i don't get I've seen this in loads of properties you've shown , why do they have mirrors and pictures just propped up against the wall but not on . Don't get that 🤔
its been to show the you are arty, if u ever watch anything for the 60-90s it was a trend for painters, photographers , musical characters to leave objects un hung ..

Northern modern trends for a budget, sure it is very popular up north this for a modern family home . everything went together, every cohesive, no surprises .. been inspired by children's literature I would guess to an extent .. good use of space, just a bit too conservative and constrained by wanting to appeal to the masses .. has a bit of show house feel to it .. She has a lot more within herself and should have really pushed herself outside her comfort zone ... maybe a wasted opportunity and something to consider for the next project ... 7.5/10 not higher because she has a lot more potential than she is showing here ...

It's too dark. Not very light and airy too much clutter looks small and busy 😮
Looks like a lego house from the outside, just boxes, the interior is not my kind of house either. The stairs look like a deathtrap for kids and anyone elderly, no character or charm in my opinion, but then I love old, very old. I can see though that the property has been done with care and a very good level of finish, if you are into that kind of look its probably right up your street!
its like your selling the house and not showing us the interior design, especially the guy, he just speeds through everything
All I can think about it how awful that house would be to clean, the panelling everywhere even the kitchen island! Then the bathroom tiles. Nice to look although, just not livable for a family with children.

Black surfaces for kitchen is NOT a practical idea! Grease marks , finger prints, and even the slightest dust film are all too visible even if you clean everyday .
why don't you give it to a Black African footballer 2 live in for free ?
I find really boring there are all same colours everywhere.
So the person in the kitchen gets the view but those sitting at the breakfast bar all have their backs to it 🙄
It would be look better if there’s more colors because everything was light brown or dark brown and black and that’s make feel uncomfortable
Whole video seemed very dark, poorly lit. Switched off after 5 minutes.
people wonder why they are soooo depressed these days, Its partly because they have painted their homes depressing colors: Grey (like a rainy day that never ends), Black (like a funeral).
humans need color in the home. There is a psychological aspect to decorating with color. Years ago interior designers knew: blue was calming, (good for bedrooms) yello was energizing (good for kitchen & outside home paint), grey depressing, green creative, red makes you rush etc. look into this aspect of decorating.
