    How absolutely gorgeous did Yumna look in the chaddar when she went to pick up Haya…she had the elegance, poise, and demeanor…I don’t think anyone else could have pulled it off with this much semblance of royalty…

    My Opinion: I watch Tere Bin for the amazing spectacular romance.. I couldn't care less if Malik Zubair teleported into Maryam's room in Harry Potter's invisible cloak.. As long as the husband n wife romance and Wahaj and Yumma are serving us looks I will watch the show.. I can read up Nietzsche later for sense😂

    Someone please enlighten me if these guys talked about how Yumna Zaidi stole the show both with her performance and looks in these 2 episodes!!! She is so graceful Masha Allah
    . Tell me a genre she can't do justice with. i just cant help but admire her all the time. Best pakistani actress currently. Also her choosing this script is understandable she wanted to do it for the awaam and shutting people up that she cannot do such roles. Its totally okay if she did this drama as she's getting the due recognition she deserved all the time. She makes you fall in love with the character and herself as a person ❤

      @Rupadattamajumdar hats off to Yumna but I'd like to correct you Yumna is also one of the prettiest actors and so is Hania. There's no comparison who is more pretty. Acting wise I'd say Yumna is a 10.

    I agree that both Murtasim and Meerab have the equal right to be upset seeing their partner close to another person who claims to be desperately in love with them. However, there is a huge difference in the situation with Haya-Murtasim & Rohail-Meerab. The difference being Murtasim is very vocal about dismissing Haya's feelings and claims of love. He has from the beginning said I'm not interested and has reassured Meerab the same many times as many times she has asked him to clarify. Murtasim has in very clear words said 'even if I wasn't married, Haya and him weren't going to be a thing'. Also, Meerab has received the same reassurance from Maa begum that Haya was never her choice for bahu.
    Secondly the whole thing about going with Haya to gaon isn't the same as him finding Meerab at Rohail's flat. I will explain why it wasn't the same. Maa begum knew where both Haya and Murtasim were going to go and she is the one who sent them together. He didn't go secretly without telling anyone about it. Yes, Meerab didn't know but we did see Murtasim wanting to contact her and let her know the same. Again, the man knows that his wife should know about it. And when Meerab finds them together in a situation which isn't good, her husband makes sure that she is told the truth and doesn't let it go until she isn't convinced. I agree it could've been given a little more importance but if we are comparing these two situations then it isn't the same.
    Meerab and Rohail on the other hand is different. She lacks in terms of giving a solid 'NO' to Rohail and his love confessions. She keeps saying things like 'how can I leave him and what reason will I give'? Then when her husband turns up to the place, she doesn't say anything to shut up Rohail. Has Murtasim ever let Haya in front of him talk badly about Meerab? NO. That's another and main reason Murtasim was angry with Meerab. It wasn't just about her being at his flat, it was about how she didn't deny Rohail or defend their marriage. Also, Meerab had left without telling anyone about her plans to go to meet Saba. It just makes it a different situation.
    Meerab still has the knowledge that her husband loves her and somewhere down the line I believe she is confident that he wouldn't be disloyal to her. But Murtasim doesn't have any reassurance from Meerab that she loves him or cares about him or their marriage. So you see, he doesn't really know what to belive.

    • @natnophaute831
      @natnophaute831 ปีที่แล้ว +18

      Exactly! Which gives Murtasim more right to be angry. Also writer has really planned the series well but she could'nt do justice with the execution of the scenes. Maybe they could have shown saba taking meerab to rohail's place or Meerab actually giving shut up calls but Rohail kidnaps her.

    • @sarah-ty4rj
      @sarah-ty4rj ปีที่แล้ว +12

      I'd have to disagree with that. Even if Murtasim is vocal about dismissing Haya's feelings, he doesn't act on it. He constantly entertains her shenanigans and always let's her get away with her micro- (and macro-) aggressions towards Meerub. Going further, Meerub was pretty much abducted by Rohail and Murtasim did not even bother listening to her. He chooses to slander her character which is not something you would do to someone you love. One thing that everyone seems to be forgetting is that Meerub was forced into this marriage and no one really cares about what she desired. Even if she is not interested in Rohail (who is not a good candidate by any means), it doesn't mean that she owes anything to Murtasim. And everyone seems to be way more upset about Meerub meeting Rohail then they ever did about her getting slapped by Murtasim, his mother, being pushed down the stairs, being subjected to black magic, or maybe even the fact that she was stripped of her entire identity when beginning a so called relationship with Murtasim.

    • @SKumar-os2ne
      @SKumar-os2ne ปีที่แล้ว +32

      @@sarah-ty4rj Meerub might be forced into this marriage, but it is also true that she manipulated Murtasim into this marriage. Murtasim would not have married her knowing that she only wanted a marriage of convenience. So it is not true that she does not owe Murtasim anything. Also she was not really abducted. She sent away the cab driver who was willing to call the police and sat in Rohail's car. Also Murtasim did not really slander her character, he did not tell anyone about what happened and kept his feelings about the situation to himself.

    • @lubnazahid5082
      @lubnazahid5082 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Agreed murtasim many times told meerab towards his feelings about haya.but meerab caught them in a v compromising situation. Haya was just seducing him which meerub has seen with her own eyes.only murtasim couldn't feel what she was doing .is he that naive.or he is a man therfore it is allowed.according to me murtasim has to answer more to meerub thn vice versa.she was literally caressing his hand is he that foolish

    • @sarah-ty4rj
      @sarah-ty4rj ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@SKumar-os2ne Murtasim would've married her anyway because his mother told him (and I agree he was forced into this marriage too). And he could still have said no after she brought up the contract but he didn't. Meerub really does not owe anyone in this family anything at all. She isn't a pushover who'll keep bearing everyone's allegations against her. Coming on to leaving with Rohail, she was most probably scared to some extent about what Rohail might do with the way he blocked her way. That is something any woman in a country like Pakistan might fear and I really think they should've shed more light on it. Lastly, just because Murtasim did not mention the situation to anyone doesn't mean he's not in the wrong. His behaviour was extremely abusive both verbally and physically (see him asking her to kill herself to prove her honesty).

      So true . The drama has its great moments. Though there are things which are not perfect but what is?? Wahaj and Yumna are such marvelous actors. While the credit totally goes to both of them for making TB what it is, must give due credit to the makers for not giving us dull moments, keeping it interesting. While Wahaj and Yumna are acting their best, the credit also goes to the makers for conceiving the scenes , the dialogues everything adds to the huge success of the drama. Even the side characters are interesting. MB, for example, is fire. She is far from perfect but it's a very interesting character , so is Anwar. You are invested in all. Only Haya Rohail and now Zubair are the most annoying.Lesser we have these three is better.

    The 2 episodes had good and bad moments, as usual. I always enjoy the fast pace of TB; Meerab quickly snapping out of any situation to being her true self, and Murtasim venting out his anger , getting over quickly , and the loveable MeerAsim chemistry returning with cute bantering, simple piyaz, coffee moments like the kheer joshanda ones. But seems the writer has decided to prolong misunderstandings through another senseless plot of Zubair Malik, that would further distort Meerab’s character. The jumping scene like the slap, was for sensationalism. Meerab should have told Murtasim to jump first to prove his innocence for spending two nights with Haya, before asking her to jump. Anyway, YumHaj performance with Yumna lifting up a poorly written character, and the MeerAsim chemistry is brilliant.

    • @sanamonster1

      Ur so right, I never thought of this that meerab should have asked murtasim to prove his innocence, too. But again, meerabs senseless reply about wada Mar janay se mushkil he, what does this mean! Also Zubair maliks track made no sense at all

The angst, the drama, the fiery chemistry, Yumhaj looking gorgeous, the surprise mini rain sequence, Meerab finding her voice & giving everyone apt responses, nakhre wala Murtasim with Meerab trying to please him for a change, everything was so rewatchable! NO WAY, I am not gonna stop it watching soon 😂 It actually has got more interesting to see how too many plots are going to resolve while Meerab and Murtasim are moving towards the 'confession', but yes there's is a risk they can fail at effectively wrapping up all plots. But given the fast pace of the drama, there's still hope. Meerb is definitely in her falling in love phase . I super liked the episode 29 but they should have started the episode 30 from where they left at the dining hall in episode 29. It would have made much more sense and left a solid impact. But overall I liked episode 30 but again they should have shown the entire sequence of their last convo and little romance instead of continuing it for next episode . I feel like script definitely has inconsistencies but bigger irritation is their really bad editing.

Or how Haya invaded their privacy and took out the contract from their room, or the black magic thing, or this attempt to murder Meerub. Now this pregnancy was also taken as a joke. Her scenes and plot lines are interesting but dialogues and execution do not make sense, especially the character development. Despite all the faults and loopholes, I really find it refreshing to watch because unlike other dramas except kuch unkahi it does not depress you and only entertains. Although I'm afraid that they'll extend it alot but nvm if we'll get to watch more of Yumna and Wahaj.
    People keep saying that its like starplus etc etc. So whats wrong in that atleast its not giving you headaches. Even though starplus dramas are not this fast pace. It takes millennials for them to unfold truth and thats the power of Tere bin that the mystries are solved within 3 episodes.
    Just like Hasan said that Heer da hero is set to be ott same way this way Tere bin is meant to be Sensational. Any how I hope thay dont ruin the drama by dragging the Malik Zubair part. I saw in a bts that Haya will marry Murtasim because she's wearing maa begum's ring that Meerab has been wearing since the wedding episode.
    The writer's plots and scenes are very entertaining to watch bit same time it feels that she could have improved. Chalo koi baat ni atleast its not as bad as other dramas 😂.

    i don't think i'v watched a pakistani drama where the writer seems to hate the female lead this much. Even Haya gets internal monologues and her reasons (however nefarious) explained. But Meerub gets nothing. No character development, no arc, no growth nothing. Nooran Makhdoom seems to actively hate Meerub and leaves no opportunity to humiliate her. The producers should thank their lucky stars Yumna Zaidi signed for this role and breathed some life into this awfully written character, but i don't think Yumna's exceptional acting will be able to save this for long.

      Please write names of few Indian dramas which are like this one (or those which were copied in this one)!!! How many Indians talk about forced Nikah and then the girl not letting her husband come close to her and how many husbands are trying to win the heart of that wife so patiently ??
      Do mention names of those dramas please because I think this is not true that these are bits and pieces of Indian dramas.
      This ethic does not belong in Indian culture or religions that a girl will get into a forced marriage to honour her parents and then husband will be a gentleman like Murtassim and keep waiting for the girl to truly accept him !!! That India might be on a different planet then!!!

    For people wondering why Meerub can't block Rohail's number and close his chapter permanently, well... I think the makers have purposefully kept this chapter open. Rohail is aware of the contract between Meerub and Murtasim and knows that their marriage has not been consummated. And since Meerub will not meet him or possibly even speak to him, he will perceive this as a betrayal and contact Murtasim to inform him about the contract, causing a rift between them. Just a thought-I could be wrong. Let's see what happens.

    I completely agree that the whole 'jump now' was something that could be done without. For me, that moment was about Murtasim pushing Meerab to an extreme extent to test and see how much does his opinion of her matter to her. Someone like Meerab to actually get up and be ready to jump is very unlikely. One would think she would have straight up told Murtasim to buzz off and she wouldn't jump. But she gets up to do so, and that itself was more than anything for him to take a step back. Murtasim became insecure about his position in Meerab's life. He needed extreme reassurance from her. It would have been great if there was another way to portray this in the show but then of course this was meant to make it all sensational and I guess it did.

    I want to put a different perspective forward for Tere Bin. Everyone is blaming the writer for presenting Meerab in a bad light but did anyone ever wonder why the audience is seeing in her bad light? Meerab takes stand for the right things with the right logic. Her decisions doesn’t have the right outcomes because of hypocrisy 100% of the time. Whenever she has stood up for her rights or the other women rights’ in the show, she has been shunned and those are shown to be her biggest mistakes because they made Murtasim upset. The biggest example I could think of now is the Nyla situation. It made zero sense for Nyla to be ok with Murtasim using her for a sexist revenge just because she was ok with the man she was being married off to. Yes, Murtasim’s authority was questioned publicly and he had the right to be angry but look at what he got angry about. Again and again Meerab takes the right decisions but they are shown to have negative outcomes. Ideally, people would blame Murtasim/Maa Begum/rest of the the family for being upset with Meerab about these things because they cannot look past themselves and faults her for things she is right about BUT because the audience is head over heels for Murtasim, they can and never have seen Murtasim’s faults. Another instance would be the maachli scene. Yes, Meerab made the food because he disliked it but she didn’t know he was allergic. Murtasim along with everyone at the table didn’t say anything even though he is allergic. He couldn’t have just not eaten. She was not even indirectly pressurizing him. It was a cute lovey dovey sence. However, the next day, all the characters were acting like she poisoned him. I remember Meerab dancing at her Walima because she genuinely wanted to dance but she was reprimanded for it. You can never let Meerab live. Everyone was on Murtasim’s side because they strangely thought she did that for revenge. That was the last time she was happily herself. I think the audience is as much at fault as the writer for thinking Meerab is a dheet. The audience should not have thought Meerab was wrong just because every character was against her in every situation and have actually faulted the other characters for her painting her in the wrong. The writer is at wrong for obviously painting wrong outcomes for her right decisions and expecting the audience to see the flaws in Murtasim. The worst the writer did was show Murtasim as the hero at the expense of Meerab in multiple situations when he was quite the opposite.
    Before anyone comes for me, I will list Meerab’s mistakes in this show:
    Getting Mariyam engaged to “Malik Zubairl”- she is at fault in every which way. No excuse.
    Going to Malik Zubair’s fields- She didn’t know it was the enemy’s fields and Murtasim could have just said that to her. That scene just showed how communication matters and they both are very different from each other and Murtasim still couldn’t grasp Meerab’s character. They are both just different people. But again negative outcome- Murtasim should not have angrily driven endangering both of their lives because his ego was hurt. It was completely his fault for rash driving but ofc the show and everyone held her responsible for his accident.
    Continuously lying about pregnancy to Maa Begum because she didn’t want to be labeled a liar- Not her fault. It made ZERO sense for her character because she has always stood up to Maa Begum and never cared for what Maa Begum thought of her. It was just a way to string the plot.
    Rohail- She is NOT at fault in any which way. She just heard a FRIEND out who suddenly likes her and discouraged him in every which way. People think its wierd that she confided in him about her sexual life with him but if you think about it, all that it means is that Meerab and Murtasim are not a normal married couple. She wouldn’t have shared it with him if she and Murtasim actually liked each other from the beginning and this was some oort of marriage trouble. She finally met a close friend after a tsunami in her life and she could finally talk. If you recall during the time she got to know about her family situation, she wanted to call Rohail multiple times and not Saba bc she and Rohail were that close.

      I love your essay! These are pretty much the reasons I have been saying in Meerab's defence too. However, the biggest injustice done to Meerab is that we don't get to see her inner thoughts, monlogues and feelings. If only the writer had given us Meerab's POV the way we get Murtasim's, including seeing how she feels for Murtasim, fans like you & me wouldn't have to fill in these little gaps.

    • @gerryburntwood9617

      You’ve got much of this wrong, and BTW Meerub was told by the maid that Murtasim doesn’t eat fish, moreover, while they went to bed after the fish eating episode, Meerub was expecting a reaction ,she even said he doesn’t seem to be affected by eating fish, then after this Murtasim vomited, and Meerub acknowledged she caused this., Meerub was a feisty rights worrier in the early episodes now she is just written as petulant and doing things without much though girl!
      She is irritatingly annoying as she fails to recognise that while she is educated she doesn’t have life experiences of living outside the bubble wrapped world her adoptive parents raised her in, so her meddling often put peoples lives at stake,brought disrespect to mUrtasim, and her meeting with Rohail made her actually weak, when with Murtasim she is so forceful in her verbal and physical abuse of pushing Murtasim! She didn’t once contradict Rohail lies about Murtasim , and this is a college boy she had no feeling for, yet she allows him to actually disrespect her by his behaviour! No Meerub is a bag of confusion, and I wouldn’t see her as an empowered female, but one who is biting more than she can chew, insolent and actually immature!

      @@obsessivefangirl5055 Her inner feelings are expressed through her facial expressions though. Besides that, I think she always communicates verbally what she feels. Even are her actions align. Its just the audience is not getting it or seeing it because they want her to act a certain way to adhere to Murtasim’s wants. I think Yumna did a fanstastic job on this show for that reason. For me, all her facial expressions show what she was feelings because the writer didn’t give her the dialogues for it. Yumna really saved Meerab from being a “bad” character. I don’t think any inside monologue is needed for her

    There was an indication about Maryam's track in the ost. Malik Zubair is also there in this suited look, Maryam crying and Murtasim with shocked expression. Murtasim had made is amply clear on numerous episodes that he has no feeling for Haya other than as Marium, - a sister, whom he feels just as obligated and that even if he never married Meerub he still would not have married Haya! FFS if he was in any way enamoured with Haya, he had many occasions to act upon that watching how Haya throws herself at him, but even before Meerub came to this family, surely Murtasim would have been married to Haya!
      In terms of Rohail Meerub told her friends from the 2nd episode that she has no feeling for Rohail, didn’t see him in that way, and only saw him as a friend,this fact is not known to Murtasim, but Murtasim had always explained to Meerub about Haya!

    No doubt the writing is absolutely poor... This is something we (as indian) used to say for Star Plus drama's.. unfortunately Nooran Makhdoom seems a fan of Star Plus only... Honestly speaking Wahaj and Yumna are the bestest part of this drama.. I am going to continue watching it till the end and will also run the petition for Season 2 as well...hahaha... Please Hassan C. i understand you want to see some romantic scenes between power pack couple but don't be upset ... there will be something in near episodes... Ofcourse i didn't like either the Jump Now part and the Anas being Maryam's room part... both were horrible and could have avoided easily... but at the end of the day we have to support the writer as i believe this is her first mega hit drama... i am sure she will do better job in next drama and will rectify all her mistakes... Aamna Ma'am and Hasan Sir, chill guys this is just a drama... and the drama's cannot run as per our story just enjoy Yumna and Wahaj Pair, Romance, Chemistry...

      What you say is true, we are all so invested in this drama that we all give our pennies worth of opinions, which to be honest, I find entertaining as much as the drama! We are all somehow connected from across the globe, and with Aamna & Hassan giving this entire review to the drama simply adds to our fun! I’m sat up at 1:45 am here in Australia watching this review! The essence of this drama is that somehow it cuts across generations, and cultures and tug at our heart strings,we all agree it has flaws, not especially a work of literary excellence, but it keeps us glued to the screens! Those memes emanating from each biweekly episodes are even funnier,plus so much effort is placed by creators of TB short reels,often so well done with very appropriate music, and themes! So I think for the duration of the drama we are getting much more in terms of those viral,outputs of other bloggers, you tube contributors etc! But a big thank you for Something haute team for giving us their much awaited reviews with hilarity!🌹😍

    It is weak men who ask their women to perform a demeaning action, even a humiliating action, to prove something. The other person's humiliation makes them feel big.

    Well, I found Murtasim amazing in the first scene of the 29th Episode.
    He told Meerab about his thoughts of killing Ruhail. But when Waqas came and asked him what happened, he didn't utter Rohail's name. He maintained Meerab's dignity. And he didn't tell them anything about Meerab being in Rohail's flat and all that chaos. It is such a big indication that he will protect her dignity no matter how badly hurt he is and how much betrayed he feels!
    I see this as a great change in Murtasim. He will protect his love at any cost.

    7:15 - if it’s not serious then why are you getting offended by people writing essays and expressing their pov’s of a show they love so dearly? Not everyone has the same platform you do and nor do they gain anything from it like you do but a healthy discussion amongst people with common interests. If you don’t like the essays maybe don’t read them? But don’t stop people from expressing their views. Those people who are writing these essays could be future critics, future writers, they could be doing a paper on the show for a class even and using the comments section for feedback or practice. I remember Aamna mentioning his she wanted to be a writer from an early age, so how can you disregard others who could be trying to do the same? Not done Hassan. Come after the show all you want but don’t degrade the audience and their perspectives.

    The writer have drowned Maryam's sensible character. So sad 💔 About Meerab, what can I say? I have not seen such a stupid character till date. Meerab considers herself to be over-smart, She thinks she can do whatever she wants, but she probably doesn't know how vile she is. Why does Meerab need to be Maryam's mother? Maryam's brother and her mother are still alive So then, by what right did Meerab get Maryam engaged, Without the advice of his mother and brother. Writer have crossed all the limits of making Meerab's character look badtareen. Now, in the remaining few episodes, if She want to show siyapa from all over the world, where is the love story? There is only Siyapa here. Made her appear extremely stubborn and selfish in a cycle of overconfidence. This girl does not deserve a man like Murtasim, Not at all!👎

    Three things I disagree with in this review. (un-popular opinion)
    1. The Jump scene wasn't that bad to me. It was in line with their characters, these two are borderline crazy people. Put these two together in an emotionally super charged situation and expect rationality is lame honestly. In my opinion when Murtasim said "Jump" he neither wanted nor expected her to jump, it was one of those really crazy stuff people say when they are angry like "mar jao" "Barr mai chaly jao" " maut ae tumko" etc.... Lol
    And Meerab took it as a challenge and we all know she can never walk away from a challenge. It was never about gender disparity.
    Crazy- yes
    Frustrating- Yes
    Out-of-character- NOOOO
    2- the continuity issue in the morning with Anwar and MB/marium scene. Looks wise their was an issue, emotion wise, idts. She went out to have the convo with Mariam that she had but got interrupted by Anwar who went on with his "Kirdar" lecture which really pissed Meerab off so, she gave him back to his face and went on to do what she initially planned to do.
    3- Meerab not wanting Haya to get married forcefully is not odd at all. Yes, she doesn't want haya around meaning she want her gone, back to her dadhiyal or remain in village or something, the Meerab we know is not petty that she avenge herself by marrying her off to some stranger she doesn't want to get married to when Meerab herself has been a victim of such a case.
    Not justifying bad writing, it is there and it is evident but, these are few points I thought are being unreasonably criticized.

    I think by that dialogue she meant that she will fulfill the promise and would never meet Rohail
    So she's not choosing the easy way out
    That makes sense to me ,meerab was being herself
    Though the whole sequence could have been avoided 🤷‍♀️

    It may be an unpopular opinion but i really think the writer has done good job in writing a romantic drama. As of now She has strictly kept story between two leads. Shown how the romance between them is unfolding among the family background. Obviously for drama, situations are needed to move forward plot but thankfully she always make sure the subplot always cross the lead couple path and affect them some way or other. The subplots are always there to move their love story forward not just to fill screentime.
    Also, shoutout to director for not giving screentime to subplots much and showing them when they affect lead couple life. If it has been any other drama, most probably for the past few episodes time would have been wasted on how zubeer malik plotted to become anas, made maryum fall in love with him and so on and on. Yup those scenes might have helped some viewers to digest this plot easy but itwould have taken focus and screen tine from main couple which should not be in a romantic drama. Thank director for keeping plot crisp.

      Agree with you . We are being too harsh to the writer. There has always been criticism about why we can't have a positive ML. Now that she is giving us one, we are complaining it's pro ML. Yes, there are gaps . She didn't write the FL well, and certain scenes were controversial. So she could have taken better care. We are giving Wahaj and Yumna a lot of credit and rightly so, but not to forget that the scenes were written the writer , the dialogues are written by the writer , the background music , the impact of the scenes because of the way they are directed, all adds to the success of the drama . Wahaj and Yumna have taken it to the next level.

    • @Virtuallife764
      @Virtuallife764 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Piyali M. Yes script is the king. Most tym romantic drama mostly focuses on FL or ML sacrificing their love , being too angelic or completely toxic or worse toxic family just manipulating and creating havoc. The thing i liked abt tere bin is that it provided every aspects from heart fluttering moments, comedy, passion, swoon worthy moments and looks like in coming episodes there will be angst. But thankfully writer keeps angst minimum and resolves issues soon . Hopefully further misunderstandings are also solved easily.
      I completely agree the script is not perfect, but i think it is much better than many. So this constant bashing of writer really bothered me and said my peace.

    One difference though is that Murtasim was very quick to accept his fault and made Haya admit the actual situation.
    But in this case the writer is very inconsistent about Meerab's character and her actions. Meerab is shown to be very righteous but is still not admitting to herself even that she should not be entertaining Rohail and it was wrong on her part to share her conjugal life details with a guy who has declared his undying love for her even though she is married!

    Can I just say how eagerly I await your weekly shows. Watching your shows has become a highlight of my week. You both radiate on the screen MashaAllah, your amicable banter is delightful, and your camaraderie is simply adorable. When I compare your shows with other channels, your show stands out as being far more engaging and substantial. Your reviews are outstanding because you both articulate everything really beautifully. Not only do you provide entertainment, but you also highlight flaws exceptionally well. Lately, I've been feeling rather disappointed by Tere Bin's episodes, and to be honest, I look forward to your reviews more than the actual episodes
    Btw I noticed that your words have a significant impact on the drama makers. I remember Hassan had requested a couple of weeks ago to reduce the unnecessary Rohail track and allow us to enjoy the drama. After that, the scene where Meerab received ring from Rohail after meeting him at the restaurant was edited out. In the teasers and OST, there was a shot where Meerab was sitting in her bedroom looking at Rohail's ring, which implied that she had accepted it. However, when you pointed this out, the ring scene was removed. It's evident that the makers take your feedback seriously
    Also, you were right when you said yesterday that you tend to unconsciously compare "Mujhe Pyaar Hua Tha" and "Tere Bin" because of the similarities between the two dramas, and that's perfectly fine. I think Maheer seems to be more sensible than Meerab in this aspect, as she clearly tells Areeb to shut up even though she loves him. Conversely, Meerab, who has absolutely no feelings for Rohail, still doesn't straightforwardly tell him that she's not interested and that he should move on. Even after the jump scene, when they talk on the phone, she still says she won't meet him because she cares about his safety and that Murtasim will kill him. While it's true that Meerab also gives a shutup call, but what I mean is that her words don't have as much impact. It appears that she's conflicted and somewhat agrees with what Rohail is saying
    It was apparent from the start that Mariam was having an affair with someone cuz in the first few episodes she used to get calls from unknown numbers. However, with the revelation that the person she is involved with is actually Malik Zubair, Meerab's involvement could land her in hot water. What's concerning is that Murtasim will soon uncover Mariam's truth, and if he learns that Meerab has been complicit in hiding the affair or meeting with Anas / Malik Zubair, he may not forgive her this time. Meerab has never seen Malik Zubair's face, so she doesn't know that the person she thinks is Anas is actually Malik Zubair. He is fooling to get back at Murtasim. Given that Meerab and Murtasim relationship is still fragile, such an event could have significant implications so it's quite clear now that Mariam's track would be the primary cause of the rift and separation between Meerab and Murtasim. But I'm having trouble understanding Meerab's character a lot. While meeting Anas / Malik Zubair was one thing, it was too much for Meerab to let Malik Zubair put a ring. How could Meerab do that? It's not her place to make decisions. Neither Maa Begum nor Murtasim has any idea, and she arranged their engagement without their knowledge. Meerab should have shared this with Murtasim. Despite repeating the same mistake, she doesn't seem to learn from it. If Meerab intends to alter the family traditions, she should approach the matter with prudence
    That being said, Tere Bin's writing may be poor with many loopholes, but it's definitely not boring. Every problem or track that arises in the drama gets resolved within 2-3 episodes, which is a good thing. The drama doesn't drag on, and even if I'm disappointed with an episode, I still eagerly wait for the first teaser to come out, and then the second teaser. Yumna Wahaj are definitely saving the grace of the show, but now we want more of them
