Thanks brother, I served in the Army from 1980-2005, and suffer from PTSD. After I retired, we decided to move back to Maine woods and it was the best decision we ever made. Your videos bring me peace.
I carry 3 tanks last 2 weeks . Also I use 4 batteries helps make it last 1-1/2 weeks before need charge up . Use 100 watt pannels 2 of them = 200 watts to charge in 6 hours.

Stay safe out there. This entire event is teaching us all what we can live without. You have a warm place to sleep, food, and your health. You're a rich man. Thanks for the video. We all just need to get through this and hopefully, we'll be kinder and more appreciative on the other side. Peace to all.
I have one I noticed when cooking lost of moisture build up have leave all windows open or it will drip from roof . Also your frigrator should run off propane bottom area top is 12 volt and 110 volt
Your travel videos are the coolest. A "Nothing to it but to do it" attitude. A man and his dog and sometimes a few friends. Your videos definitely have a more "real feel" than most others. Keep up the good stuff.
Really enjoyed watching you with your A-liner. Told my husband if he ever kicks the bucket on me, I’m selling the travel trailer and getting me another A-liner. Loved the one we had many years ago. So easy to pull and to set up. Hope you enjoy it for many years to come.
you could put stuff in the truck bed, without it getting wet or full of snow, if you would cover it up. It would not cost much and would also keep your bike from rusting etc.
3:00 noisy near freeway I bet. My camper, at night, I shut heat off & crack windows for no condensation. In morning, stay in bed, turn heat on, start coffee & get up when warmer. Saves propane & no condensation. I try to park to get morning sun through the biggest window. Walker Lake !
This is great; when you want to get away from literally EVERYONE, you're actually able to do it. And do it for several days. Hell, I can't even get one hour.
When I invest in $75k in gear, I will have a shower and shitter, somehow. When I have money, I don’t have time and when I have time I don’t have money. Funny how that works.
It makes me smile a lot of these tents and other stuff haven’t even got a porta potty so where are they supposed to go especially if if you are camping in snow
Same as you do when tent camping. Most state campgrounds have toilets and running water to wash with. In the wilderness, dig a shallow hole to use that, or you can buy a camping toilet. Wet naps are a godsend, and on some surplus or camping sites you can get whole body wash towels. Truck stops often have shower facilities for a small fee, too. None of this is hard.
too cool for school, great way to tackle the madness we are facing, a tiny slice of nothing is the greatest thing we need, no human contact sounds like bliss
I've seen a few other Aliners in the winter (Slim Potatohead) and you all have issues with insulation and condensation because so many pieces of metal, like the hinges, bridge the inside and out. I think one guy used pool noodles to help, he also installed a wood burner. Keep warm and safe.
I had to laugh when you said it 'snowed'. I live in a 21ft Fleetwood wilderness that I have remodeled from the shell up. We have lived through winter with 4ft of snow and literally 0°… I highly recommend the mini woodsman stove for camper heat.
The A-liners are too small for that and the condensation build up inside even worse. Totally not designed for winter camping but a shelter is a shelter in a pinch.
Slim Potatohead uses a wood burning stove in his Aliner and there are videos of people using them in vans. Where there's a will there's always a way. You may just have to improvise.
@@Amy_McFarland the mini woodsman stove is made for campers. It's about 1'x 6" and can heat about 300sq ft. Again, that's what it's made for so saying differently means you haven't done your homework before responding to my comment.

They have wood burning stoves for small trailers you can buy and install. Many seen on UTube. Be sure to get a carbon monoxide detector.
I just found your video and heard you say in the beginning something about your quarantine spot. I had to check the date to see when this was filmed bc I couldn’t believe we’re still in quarantine. This started when it was snowing and now it’s almost 100 degrees where I live. It’s unbelievable we’ve been in this situation for multiple seasons now.
Awesome vid! Can't decide if I want to go with a hard sided pop-up like the a-liner or a small teardrop/travel trailer.
a liner company has another camper called the ascape. mix between a teardrop and the a-liner.
New subscriber watching from Hawaii my family and I love camping 🤙🏽
You can stand up and put your pants on in an A-liner where as you have to do that horizontally in most teardrops. Great video!
That's a happy dog. Lots of adventures equals a happy dog.
Slim potatohead sells his aliner, you buy one.
Seems like the universe likes balance.
Seriously though, check out his videos on aliner mods.
actually potatohead still has his aliner
@@wbuttry1 oh right . Either way, that chapter of his channel is mostly over.
