I hope this doesn't ruin your day but whatever this survey's statistical source is it's untraditional. The Beatles sales are even higher than here and according to Wikipedia and Guiness Elvis comes in at #2 with album and record sales ranging from 500 mill to 1 billion.

@@maliksreactions2930 these stats are years old and they keep increasing. Both Elvis and the Beatles have huge catalogs they derive continued sales from. Presley has over 700 recorded songs. In the 2010s both Elvis and the Beatles were in the top 10 for album sales and were the only non current acts to accomplish that. Incredible.

@@williamquinlan6153 yeah these are years older but i may remind you that the beatles and elvis are not selling much now. But singers like queen amd michael jackson still sell good, i dont mean they could catch elvis or beatles, but if their sales were updated it would be significantly higher

@@dewnakayasodara5142 Elvis and the Beatles aren't making sales news because the news covers new release popularity. Presley and the Beatles and even MJ haven't put out new releases because those acts no longer exist. But their fans and fan base continue and even grow. Don't underestimate the classics. Remember the sales data has shown that the Beatles and Elvis were in the top ten for album sales in the decade of the 2010s. Younger fans have even been growing for Sinatra over the last 10 years. Also when you have a huge catalog like Presley, even records that sell slowly over time eventually register as gold or platinum. I know that new certifications for that estate show up frequently. And you know that if the Jackson Estate still own a large part of the Beatles catalog they want them to do well. The Elvis movie added to his fanbase as well. The classics will always sell. That also includes Michael, Queen, Prince, Led Zeppelin and Whitney.
