Great work, thanks for setting it up and youtubing it. My local model shop in Porthmadog North Wales, has a bigger 28mm set up of this, as a centre piece. I think yours is more accurate, and has a better mix of figures. J D Miniatures did pre painted movie buildings in 54mm scale, that I used to have set up in my old games room. Conte also did foam core ones in their Zulu playsets, but again bigger scale.
As to rules, some years ago we did a game using Rorke's Drift by Steve Winter & Jeff Perren. It splits the battlefield into zones and the Zulu attacks into waves, you wouldn't need to recycle casualties like we did, with all your warriors.
Brilliant sorry to hear you don't like warlord figures I use warlord figures all the time I tend to prefer them but there is a lot of competition now with 3d printing being advanced as it is now again fantastic job
