Main idea of scalp micropigmentation is to match existing hair density and colour with smp work. You don't want to overdensify with smpnas this will look not natural
If scalp micropigmentation is performed to add more volume to existing hair and if procedure is performed correctly then the work should not stand out. There is a slim line between client for density and client who should shave their head to get smp. Scalp micropigmentation density treatment isn't my favourite especially on Male client as you need to look at hairloss as progressive condition so density treatment is just temporary solution

How does it look with much longer wet hair? Like you won't get out of a swimming pool and see dots will you?

According to Fitzpatrick skin tone chart this type of skin colour can be described as deeply pigmented dark brown or black skin (Fitzpatrick 6)
