@@thefm5660yes you need meds for pain and clean the head all day and meds for life if you want to keep your hair otherwise it will fall out after a year or so be side the main cause of hair loss is still there. Transplant doesnt get rid of the problem. The meds have side effects such as ED and low libido. You want hair or sex. Can't have both.

This is my biggest issue with myself now. It’s not receding, it’s just uncomfortably thin (to me) on the top of my head. I hate the way it makes me feel. I’m also not ready financially for this as I’m pretty sure insurance doesn’t cover something cosmetic like this. All I can do is get a consultation I guess.

Lots of people report erectile dysfunction by using finasteride, while some people claim minoxidil causes fast heart beats, chest pain, unwanted body hair growth, face swelling etc. In my opinion a few more hairs isn't worth all those side effects, but you do you i guess

you posted a month ago on this video, i would expect you donor site to be much better by now espicially as your hair growns. i am 5 weeks post surgery and most of my donor site is clean. I would not panic, but my surgeon recommended taking iron capsules for a while

Hello, transplanted hair is permanent but of course hair loss may continue. We suggest to use finasteride and minoxidil to keep existing hair safe, strong and slow down hair loss. But we can't say anything for second operation. Maybe he will need or not.

Pretty fast growth, in his case a 6 month result should have been shown since most of the follicles would have grown by then (although a year is necessary for full growth, no matter how fast is growing, based on my experience, which is similar to him, started growth at 3 months after transplant).
