This is actually HORRIBLE advice and tbqh sounds kinda like the sorta person lots of SIs and places like Walmart market "gaming PCs" to which is why they basically just advertise the CPU and GPU and then slap all that on a trashboard with cheap single channel Hynix RAM and a housefire risk of a PSU.

Windows cannot handle that much cores, results into multiple crashes and takes tooo much time in system error fixing

I remember when i build computers in the 90's with dual intel processor boards (before dual and quad cores existed) they were bigger .. then again the boards were also bigger as EATX.
