I have been blocking for almost 2 months and am finding that the lightness in my body is affecting my thoughts and how I feel emotionally and in such a positive way without me even having to consciously think about it. Am so grateful to you both for what you have created.

I went to your website and am trying to check out what you have to offer... why am i forced to put in my name and email in an unclickable popup, in order to go explore further? I don't want ANY more emails or my information out there.. why cant i just look at what you have to offer without leaving some of my personal information?🙄

😂I've only been watching for 3 minutes but I know this will help so many people. The body influences mental, emotional, and spiritual.
I am fearfully and wonderfully made!
    Bless you for doing this.

Block Therapy is absolutely cutting edge. aka and in my opinion. Taking this to the next level it's cutting edges. As iron sharpens iron is an old Proverb. Certainly with friction there is going to be heat. Absolutely a correct statement in my opinion. I do this work. You do this work. It's freaking hurts! Not the work. Speaking for myself, the pain is in letting go. When maybe I have held on for so GD LONG. Then while doing the work I realize other things. Ego, ideas, ideals, rules who fucking cares? I'm doing the work. The pain of letting go... it's, it hurts. I know. If you are a girl, okay. No. Because, I feel like such a girl. Remembering experiences with my peers. Working. Hurting. Waiting. What happens? I wake up, again. Realize how there ain't no.mama for me. God. Omg? I'm finding comfort from the realization, I am still hurting. I am still holding on. Learning and growing, innerstanding NOW! My comfort is in knowing that this work, experiencing my body, my soma. My God, even it's just my excuse. It's mine. I encourage all through the hard truths. Suffering is The Signature

I can 💯 % clarify that what you said about start with the physical is correct
I have cptsd I have tried so many different therapies talking but didn't help I started block therapy almost 3 weeks ago I can confirm that I have had a shift I have come to see its stuck energy and that cannot be shifted by talk therapy alone
Its all about energy frequency ❤
I so resonate with things you say and block therapy is the way forward ❤

I wonder sometimes, if people who work out and build muscle find motivation through anger or angry music- does that make them more prone to be a violent person? Just was wondering your thoughts on that. I’m sure it does make a difference the intentions you set in reference results you receive, but I thought it’d be best to clarify!

Hi, you mentioned the concussion study. Also that people had taken their own lives because of the way they felt or didn't feel. There have been studies in the UK and America about children and youths who have sustained a concussion, compared to and Orthopedic injury. They found that the children, youths, who jad sustained a concussion , had a 40% increased risk of developing a mental health issue. Compared with the age and sex to Matched children, youths with an Orthopedic problem. When you think as children we may hit our heads many times. Our brains are still growing. I just thought these were interesting facts. They studied 448 803 children, youths.
