Thought Yoga (meditation): Meditation Is The Nature of Being Alive

  • This Thought Yoga exploration covers the direct approach to recognise the already present nature of being alive. Which is apt with all the qualities we love about life.
    We see firstly that Meditation was/is already present as what we are.
    We then close the seeming distance between ourselves as a "witness" and the "world" that we witness and recognise that there is only one wholeonymous "experiencing" taking place, rather than an "I" on the inside witnessing a "world" that is outside.
