i wish when people on youtube giving instructions on how to resolve something, they need to go step by step from the very beginning to the end. I had to play around with your instructions and what I see visually on the screen for 20min. to figure out you were using the MS paint program to modify the label. Make it simple and direct, such as right click over the UPS label and save as jpeg format in MS paint program, then you do your printing preferences/page set up and preview screen to make sure everything is centered and the right size before you test print it on your rollo printer. Suffice to say, you do have the most concise resolvement to circumvent the rollo printer issue. All the other yahoos just say... calibrate your printer, slide the purple sliders to make sure its fitting the label right. Rollo should have made it simple enough to right-click over the UPS return label image on the amazon website and select print then rollo printer which should automatically detect the label data and re-size it to fit centered on one standad 4x6 or 100mmx150mm return label. We shouldn't have to do a circus act and save it in paint in a jpeg format and the print it from your saved jpeg labels on your desktop. We should be print directly from the amazon site and not be concerned that you have to be a seller to connect your rollo printer for direct printing.
One key detail I overlooked because I forgot it was a thing was right clicking to save the image. I just skipped that step and dragged it onto the desktop. If there was one thing I would change is explaining that bit to make it more understandable. I also was not using MS Paint. The image I used was unmodified saved screenshot of the image and by right clicking to print on desktop rather than browser the rollo software remodifies the image to fit in the dimensions it's allowed. Just be glad it only wasted 20min of your time tho. It took me several hours both times I ran into this issue as I had forgot the steps from the previous time as years had gone by. As I said I mainly made this video for myself to refer to in the future if needed as I can't find a single other video covering this specific issue. Also thanks for the input. Hopefully if someone else gets confused they can refer to your comment and it'll help them out. 😄
