  • Solid run. Zero issues. Outcast 8s tires are awesome on the truck.

Nice relaxing snow run there. Though you were going to crash it right into the building 🤣🤣

It was fun. You going to be running your new toy in the snow?

Maybe RPM, or someone else will come out with some bulkheads that aren’t made out of aluminum. They can probably be made with a higher quality, nylon or plastic whatever they make them out of lol.
I would want to retain the characteristics of the truck as much as possible I will look out for some higher quality plastic parts being made.

Great rip! I like how those Backflips performed. Hooked up well in the snow. That power just seems right for the XRT💪

I've liked the Kraton and Outcast tires the best so far on this truck. Arrma does really do a great job with their tires.

Jason, If you put Hot racing aluminum plates under the bulkheads, that will stop the bulkhead cracking. Now in cold weather, I had to put aluminum bulkheads on a Maxx 2.0. But it’s a little different and new. Test and tune! 👊

I know you can’t do it in the back but in the front you can put a bulk head brace in front and back like a sandwich just need to do some filing off some plastic for the thickness of the brace but that will help from braking the bulk head we’re the hung pins go in and still keep the Weight down for you

I'm going to use my xrt for fun driving because I've been seeing a lot of breakages on it with people bashing it and also I spent hundreds on my x maxx after a skate park run so I dont consider the platform to be a good basher , kraton 6s has been the most reliable basher for me

I am going to fix it and then slow down a little with it. I just picked up a Typhon 3s when it was on sale for a winter project/beater.

I must be lucky because I bash my XRT pretty hard and I haven't really broken much. I cracked rear upper bulkhead where the hinge pins go but the truck still drives just fine. My next XRT video will surprise a lot of people with how good the durability is. I've had some NASTY landings and I'm running a tp 5692 motor with 8200 mah smc packs. Believe it or not my biggest problems with the truck has been securing my xlx2 and gear mesh Great video again btw, I like listening to you talk so I end up watching til the end majority of the time. =D

My personal experience I just took the $1,100 hobby Wing out of mind and put stock motor back in it because I was tired of chewing this up and stuff and my x-maxx I'm assuming that would probably start tearing stuff up if you get too crazy or are you just talking like beefing it up as far as bulkheads and things of that nature no more power but then again if you do the upgraded bulkhead you won't have to worry about shooting up gears cuz you won't have that flex of the plastic bulkhead probably so I who knows man and I'm back with you what are you doing

Hey great videos on the XRT! I was just wondering where you got the larger wheel nuts? Does that convert them to the 24mm like on the Arrma 8s trucks? I’ve seen different style wheels/tires but haven’t seen which center mounts/wheel nuts are used thanks and keep up the great videos!

I feel this is more of a track truck with rolling jumps then a true basher.

Hi, good tests with small modifications, in my lack of experience I have seen that that "little" is enough to have a big difference on the vehicle. 😉
Question: I noticed the radio control with snow on it, I wanted to know with all models can you be safe? Even in a little rain? 🙄
    Thank you.
    Good fun.

Hey, I am using a Spektrum Rugged. Which is water proof. Not sure if you would want to get that much snow on a Traxxas radio.

Really amazing. Im just thinking or the Engine even revs higher with the max6
And do you think the more voltage of the max 6 for the servo gives it more torque as well? You felt there a different?

How is a few grams a hefty chunk of weight?? I guess for the stock motor any extra weight is too much lol

Edit I'm new to the hobby and have no clue on what the numbers your talking about are. I only have the Bigfoot

What basher doesn't need upgrades? I just had to spend almost 300$ on an m2c outcast 8s chassis >.>
