i was looking thru the second hand vinyl at the local record store and found a load of limbo records with included this fine tune in great condition , best $3 i ever spent
You think the "big" breakdown has happened..... then it smashes you all over again. Quite simply one of the most beautiful pieces of electronic music I've been privileged to enjoy.
Massive at Legends in Warrington. One of the few tunes that was played virtually from the start to the end. So pure and beautiful. A wonderful last tune that leaves you wanting more and as someone else has said makes tears well up. Love it to bits.
THAT breakdown is so utterly prodigious that you need the record to go on longer to at least 8 mins. Its still flying at the fade out.....Just sayin to all you remixers out there....
Well said my old friend. We're still good mates in a parallel universe somewhere. Able to reminisce over the glories of such amazing times. Take care eh. Rog.
all in 20 mins I stumbled upon an old sasha tape I had back 92 ish, then I came here and fell in love again! what an outstanding bit of musical history!
after all them years I listen to it almost daily and it's one brilliantly made track. the way it's mixed, man it does something that's why it hit so hard back in the day the sound was what we needed then a pure hose track but not from Chicago or Detroit> when I pass away I want this played at my funeral or cremation whatever I will never forget the love I felt hearing this played back in 92 aged 19 I'm now 47 and this has even made me save up for DAW and a few laptop upgrades just to tinker on. Thankyou for the music when I was young it made me a happier man as I'm , older!!!x
It's a beaut.those who were there know it:) ,and those who now get it in a TH-cam environment...good for you..My memories are being on a packed dancefloor, ear splitting volume..and 100s of peeps going bananas to it.Limbo was a cracking label.
Remember getting this banging tune from Jack in a box in London early 90s went down a storm in the mix hadn't heard anything with this style before was mainly break beat-brougnt back an instant buzz.
I remember listening to this tune back in 1993. In my opinion, this music is techno, but not LFO techno. Excellent tune I'm listening to the tune right now. Still awesome.
Great song I know the person who made the track he still makes great music to this day we will be doing a collab soon look out for it we are not in limbo with this guy limbo records great eye !!!

Someone on a music forum I visit said he ended up getting into smack and OD-ing, but I don't know how true it is. The guy seems to know a lot about the trance music scene, so it quite possibly is.
I'm so happy to have discovered this song today.
I discovered it on the Michael Kilkie promo tape from the front of DJ mag November '93!!
Absolute screamer - 3:16 then again at 4:55! Blew me away back in '93 and still does it today...Beautiful!....

Well, tell him that a Funk de fino 12" is one of my prized possessions. That track will never fade. Where's he and you at?... Glasgow?
Whatever happened to Gypsy (Graham Drinnan)? He was prolific until 1995 then just completely disappeared. Hope he's ok.
Someone on a music forum I visit said he ended up getting into smack and OD-ing, but I don't know how true it is. The guy seems to know a lot about the trance music scene, so it quite possibly is.
@@will7231 I ended up asking Limbo records on Twitter. Sad news if true.
