Lauderdale “The Edge” Orlando “Firestones” and all those hot warehouses the gigs used to appear cuz someone slipped you a flyer and the headline was incredible, you will see your self in the middle of nowhere. Christmas lights and foggers was the theme lol, but you had the fucking time of your life when you would come out of that darkness into bright morning sunshine, and you would pop those shades and say that DJ was on fire. I miss all those days, and yep here we are all going crazy with this stupid world and their agenda. Responsibility really sucks! We were meant to live care free… PLUR and don’t forget we were lucky to experience all those shenanigans. These kids are all to butt hurt to wrap themself into our world or even come close to it.
No need to ask you your age, I think we experienced the same feelings when I read you... All the gold in the world to relive this period so rich in a musical or human way, what an era and I am happy and proud to have lived it, all these ephemeral encounters, these improbable and magical places that made raves a precious and unique moment, so much nostalgia too...

I will say that those that are a at least 2 years younger then me will never have the care to do this. Artists need to learn from the past to build a better future. There is a huge difference between "good" music and "popular" music. Popular is over-advertised to make a quick buck and good stays hidden away for the best of the best to find.

It always makes me cry, my hair bristles, my heart beats like crazy, I close my eyes when the music is too beautiful, and it gets me out of my social anxiety. As a newcomer to the scene, it was really cool to be exposed to such a variety of genres. Nowadays I have my preferences indeed but I still keep an open mind for other stuff that is out of my bubble.
