Nissan Skyline R34 GTR Dyno Run #3

So here is the final pull of the day. This time I will stay focused on the actual readings. Please keep in mind this car is as factory stock as a 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 GTR can be, It has about 4225 miles on it and has only NISMO parts on it. No aftermarket parts. It is a purist's car, unmolested. Again this car has 278HP at the crankshaft from the factory as advertised by NISSAN in the Skyline brochures in Japan. Threre is a reason this car is called GODZILLA in Japan. Please keep in mind that the Mustang AWD Dyno it is on is known in Detroit as "THE HEART BREAKER" Jan has placed tears in many car owners eyes once they saw their run. We like this Dyno because it doesnt produce false numbers.

@DannyD303 Car was imported in 2002 by Motorex when it was legal to do so. The Motorex cars are grandfathered in, but bringing them in today is basically impossible.

@DannyD303 They do get brought in, but if you were to check with the NHTSA or do some web searches for Kaizo seizures, you'd find that the ones that come in without their federal papers are getting exported as fast as the feds can locate them. It's unfortunate, and we're glad to have the car with it's paperwork, but we wish more people could obtain and enjoy them legally.

@danox574 I was hoping that wasn't the case... I think there are few other ways to get them over here but yeah its not easy....... sucks but if you do get it over here you know you probably wont roll up next to another one at a light

@danox574 Ive been checking out the things need to be done to get them over here and they don't make it easy. and hey, if you ever plan on selling it(doubtful) let me know :)

The Japanese manufacturers were like, oh man our car only produces 276hp ;) ... whole time produces about 360 Crank Horse Power lol Idek if you'd need to really mod one of these cars 312hp at the wheels is plenty for the roads.
