Total cost is expected to be ~US$100 billion and escalating. I think that is a lot of Rupees. Estimate completion date is 2030, much later than India’S HSR. @@AndrewManookwhat? You still need to acquire land for elevated corridors. Most of India's HSR is elevated.
And about construction technology, india also has developed such technology. Full Span Girder Launching machines lay 2 girders a day, compared to 1½ girders a week by regular machines.

    • @DuChen-py7gl
      @DuChen-py7gl ปีที่แล้ว +5

India itself does not have such technology. Large-scale laying equipment is imported from China. This enterprise is called Zhengzhou Xindafang Group. Xindafangxun At the end of August, at the construction site of a section of India high-speed railway, a brand-new new Dafang DF1100 bridge girder erection machine successfully completed the erection of the first box girder. This third bridge erecting machine is put into use, which means that India's high-speed rail equipment will enter the stage of centralized construction.
India's first high-speed railway (Mumbai to Ahmedabad), with a total length of 508 kilometers. The high-speed railway line is coastal, the construction environment is extremely complex, high temperature, high humidity, high salt, the reliability of the hydraulic system, control system and transmission system of the equipment is very high. In addition, the concrete box girder reaches 40m-1100t, which is the world record in the current international high-speed railway box girder. At present, the existing equipment and technology in the world can no longer meet its construction needs.
In the fierce global competition, in January 2021, Xindafang successfully won the bid for the first high-speed railway in India, and will provide 4 sets of complete construction equipment with the world's largest tonnage of 1100 tons for moving, lifting, transporting and erecting. Therefore, Xindafang has established an India project research team to optimize the design of equipment with multiple technical means, solve many key technical problems such as high construction load requirements, reliability of electrical system and stability of hydraulic system under complex environment, and develop complete sets of high-speed railway bridge construction equipment fully conforming to working conditions.
In 2021, with the goal of "timely delivery without delay", Xindafang overcame many difficulties such as epidemic sealing and control, rainstorm and flood, and maintained normal production order all the time, thus ensuring the timely delivery of four sets of equipment.
With the progress of the project, as of the end of August, the first bridge erecting machine of Xindafang has successfully erected nearly 30 beams; The second bridge erecting machine completes the first hole passing; The third bridge erecting machine successfully completed the first frame, and the last bridge erecting machine is under intense assembly and will soon be put into use. According to the site feedback, the equipment runs efficiently, stably, safely and reliably, which can fully guarantee the progress of the project.

India's high-speed rail has only been repaired for 10KM in 5 years, but the cost has doubled. Japanese media revealed that Japan regrets the construction of this high-speed rail line in India. Japan believes that the Indian government’s implementation of policies is extremely inefficient and constantly revises the progress of the project. The Japanese construction company feels that this line can no longer bring profits to Japanese companies. That being the case, Japan has no motivation to continue working.

Japanese Bullet train project problems in India :
    1. The local government has its own powers and not all of them support Japan's HSR so that the problems in land acquisition until now cannot be resolved by the Indian central government.
    2. The B2B system is unprofitable for Japan and this makes this project never run due to an unclear funding system.
    3. Japan decides will no longer continue the Shinkansen project in India and will divert the project to modernize India's existing rail system.
    4. Southeast Asian countries will go beyond the progress of countries in South Asia / India for the bullet train program,.
After Indonesia, coming soon Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia will launch their bullet trains.
Indian Bullet Train project is just a dream.

As far as I know, the Vietnamese government has recently gone to Beijing to discuss the high-speed rail project due to the lack of progress in the Vietnam high-speed rail project undertaken by Japan; Looks like 30% of the work is done.
China is currently cooperating with several countries in Southeast Asia on high-speed rail projects: 1. CRRC established a factory in Malaysia a few years ago, and 40% of Malaysia's subway vehicles and trains are provided by this factory; 2. Thailand's high-speed rail is independently constructed by Thailand, and China Provide related technology transfer and locomotives; 3. The possible outcome of the cooperation between China and Vietnam is that Japan withdraws and China builds, but at present, China hastily accepts this without knowing the situation and at the risk of offending Japan. Business. 4. The Indonesian Bandung to Surabaya project currently appears to be generated between China and Japan.

Other stations are only 2~3 km away from the city center.
You can go to Shinkansen stations from various places with conventional lines, even after getting off the Shinkansen, you can go straight to your destination with conventional lines.

Hello, Inida's people. I am one of japanese. When I first rided on the Shinkansen(The bullet train), I was in mid-school student, 13-14 years old boy(around 1983). I felt that the speed was like a jet plane. The view from the window near my seat was so beautiful. That was a great experience of my life. Now, I am here in Japan, 53 years old. Since then, already past 40 years, the bullet train system is building at India with many problems. But, I am not worry about them. Because, base on India's technology, hard workers, hopes, the big project will be surely going forward. Not only the budget but also the land acquisition are very tough issues for all of India. but, India is the big country comparing to Japan. Of course, you can solve the problems. "One for all, All for one", I quote this from rugby. Remeber this phrase!
I think that many of India's people have already ridden on the bullet train in Japan.
Please interview them about the experience.
I am looking forward to hearing the grand opening news from India in the near future.

What exactly is the advantage of the Bullet Train? We already have aero planes to transport people and goods. Even the so called semi bullet train Vande Bharat ticket cost is nearing the cost of flight ticket. Then what exactly is the advantage of "Full" bullet train? Can any body kindly explain, and how does it help common man.
