How should someone prepare for an initial consultation after several attorneys denied a case due to current case load? For a potentially complex case with direct evidence. Hypothetically.

Great video Vince I have follow up questions what if the ceo is the one who initiated the discrimination /Retaliation does that mean there is good cause for his to be disposed ? Also can he be sued personally outside of the company discrimination suit what would I have to prove to sue the ceo and the manager while suing the company or do i have to do it after if even possible ?

Canada was run best when really smart lawyers like Pierre Trudeau and Jean Chretien ran things. Lawyers are easy to despise... But they are very important.
The USA needs a really smart lawyer like Mr. White running the show.

I always wished social workers were more involved too. State licensed mental health practitioners and overall mission is for the needs and empowerment of all people, esp those who need it most

I reported a corporate manager for making a racial slur. He was no longer aloud back in the state my store was located in. However after over a yr & a half on the job and approximately 1 month after reporting this manager,I had other corporate managers driving down to my store claiming customers are complaining about my attitude. Again prior to reporting this HR manager I never had any complaints.I was terminated approximately 3months later stating the company decided to part ways. EEOC has found the employer probable. My question is, If the retaliation came from the top down,Does that make this case more valuable?

@jsegura525 Meaning after the investigation they found cause to believe my employer did in fact discriminate & retaliate . For lack of better words

The retaliation part of your case makes it more likely to have an increased win. Retaliation opens the door for Punitive damages and also for attorney fee awards.

Would Bezos respond to a call from Vince? Does Vince have that kind of clout?
