Should I share all my evidence with my employer in an employment law claim?

    I shared all of my documentation to my attorney. Then I let him figure it out what goes and what doesn’t. I’m very open and honest with my attorney.

    I’m so honest and trusting I sent out most but not all documents into EEOC. And UC. I did state some points of view to the Superintendent really didn’t like what I said. Being old school honest and thinking the Superintendent was as well. Boy that was s mistake. Yah HR changed dates on FMLA Leave three times during on hearing. As well as other mistakes in Position Statement dad thing is EEOC found them credible. Wow Guess its federal court next

      💯, but also not entirely. Great quote but people forget or mix up the truth of their memories all the time.

      @Charles Johnstone You can, but don't forget the burden of evidence is on you for some of these claims.

    You always talking about eeoc what if i file with chro in federal court can you speak about that? Not a federal employee it is employment discrimination case
