      thats literally wrong guidance, discipline is applied when you know you should not engage in low frequency desires and when you force yourself to create when you dont feel like the end result is not even a fraction in terms of efficacy as when you take care of your body giving it just what it needs and simply quieting your mind and letting the real you come back online and when you dont reach for a thought to take action to and simply in a state of being an inspiration comes up and you take action on it with joy and without expecting an outcome then you will receive more inspiration and it will lead you well in the path of your desires and into physical manifestation because the desire itself contains the phisical manifestation just like the seed contains a tree or a flower. the order of creation is: Desire- Intention= Thought- Emotion- Action - Behavior.

    Energy 25/25. I eat all clean (minimal dairy, only naturally occurring sugar, no dyes, preservatives, boxed things, no fried or breaded things). I don't smoke and only drink water and tea. I work out 5 days a week at least.
    Subconscious 20/25. I don't meditate and do my 369 journaling every day like I want but I'm mostly consistent on that. I give gratitude every hour. I listen to healing frequencies daily and even while sleeping so I can lucid dream and do past life regressions which helps with my shadow work.
    Clarity 15/15. I have clear and concise goals and am more than willing to work towards achieving all of them.
    Self-Discipline 30/35. Everything is taken care of that needs to be...water intake, food, stress relief, duties of a mom and wife but I could not stay up so late doing schoolwork because sleep in so important.
    Total: 90%. Not perfect but I am sooooooo much better than I used to be.
    Love and light to all who read this. You are enough and you are destined to be someone so great. Stick with it!

    I now understand why i was struggling. Back when i more subconscious issues i had a block with my clarity. When i thought I maxed it out it was only halfway filled. I have enough self-discipline but I keep burning out and my diet is whatever i can find. I barely have the energy to cook anything because I was trying to add more into self discipline and subconscious when the problem was my health.
    I workout but my diet is bad. I struggle to drink water. What i found is i massively increased my subscious from meditating daily and i found what change i thought was authentic i was faking it because i just wanted something easy and that isn't me.
    My goal should be to let myself heal completely. I keep forcing myself to do things while injured and not giving myself time to recover. When I finish something i think i have to add more stuff. I don't assess to what level i am at or what has changed.
    My numbers:
    Energy 15%
    Subconscious 20%
    Clarity 10%
    Self-discipline 30%
    I want to reward myself for my increase in subconscious. Reward yourself with comfort food but it has made me tired and sluggish. I now know where my focus will be. Learning more about easy ways to improve my diet overtime. I have already changed a lot in the past month so I am not going to hustle it.
    I am completely dedicate to doing at least 50 day massive focus on my energy levels.
    Other notes:
    my subcious will be maxed out once i start journaling which will be self coaching. My self-disciple will be maxed out when i am confident i can have high level of energy. My clarity will be maxed out when I have more energy to process my subconsious upgarde as right now i am dealing with a lot of brain fog.

    A lot of people rate their self-discipline very low and often make their self-discipline the reason why they don't reach their goals. But they lack a strong foundation like, self-worth, goals, roles you identify with, values and principles to live by. People think the cure is more discipline, but they don't know what to discipline themselfs for.

    Clark, thank you for bluntly pointing out a HARD PILL TO SWALLOW:
    That self-discipline is one of single most important features of being a well-rounded human being.
    So many times I hear people give excuses and now even companies enable those excuses by providing their customers with lifestyle options that allow them to totally ditch accountability.
    These people will reach their last day and big struck with the most terrible feeling that a human can be:
    "Wait, what COULD I have been..."
    With self-discipline, we choose the pain of the grind over the pain of regret. This is the true way to live (along with the other quadrants you mention ofc..)

    27%.
    Clarity: 7%. I have personal goals, business ideas, skills, knowledge and experience to plan and execute, but I don't.
    Self Discipline: 10% - I have bad habits and I'm lazy. I can't stop eating sugar.
    Sub Conscious: 5%- I wake up at 2am thinking about clarity or all the negative crap going on in my life or worries. I don't have a good handle on this.
    Energy: 5% - I'm tired all the time. Learned I am pre-diabetic and insulin resistant and I need to get on some kind of keto/carnivore to fix it.
    Hmm where to start. Probably a little bit each day.

    [61% ][ Energy= 20% ][ Clarity= 15% ][ Self-Discipline= 20% ][Sub-Conscious= 6%] Honestly been on a new health plan and trying to follow a health nut route. However my lack of control in tense situations and my inability to let go of old traumas or even remember them is quite a hinderance. I care way to much about what others think and it cuz what makes me happiest is helping them see the light in everything and when I fail I become enraged at myself.

    IMO Clarity is massively UNDERrated. It's TRUE that it's not enough for people to take action, but that's because Clarity is taught at a mediocre level. When taught correctly Clarity is the driving-force for all of our emotions, feelings, and behaviors. It's Clarity that generates Energy to learn and do everything else in Life.

      Agree.. I feel full of energy, subconscious, discipline... But Clarity I feel like going in circles. One day is super clear another day is confusing. I see a pattern and I agree with this Master that the best way is to take action, do what is easy for us to succeed, see what happens and don't be so perfectionist .

    Scribbling has been a powerful way to come to terms with all the (dis)stress & anger that has been lurking for so many years. Looking at those undecipherable notes throughout the ages tells a lot on where I am & where I still need to go. Also, the pie chart tells a lot about why I am still stuck where I am today... Too much of a good thing, is never the good thing after all. Again, thank you for helping out!

    And from somebody that have been at some point in all these extremes
    I've been a health freak, a clarity seeker freak, obsessed with the subconscious, mindset, trauma work and so on at some point, and also a self-discipline addict at some other point
    Now, looking back I can see clearly how every time I was in an extreme, all the other areas were low or suffered
    So the name of the game is being aware, pushing yourself for improvement in the area where is plenty of space for it at the moment, but doing it without neglecting or losing awareness on the other areas.
    Focus on one thing, while maintaing the others. ✌

    This is god tier, the video really made me think about myself and in what I have to improve. My score was
    Energy: 10 (there is definitely room for improvement, hitting the gym, going for daily walks)
    Subconscious: 20 ( I meditate and really feel harmony with my mind, I have like 0 anxiety)
    Clarity: 10 ( I know what I have to do but there is no discipline to do it)
    Self Discipline: 10 (I procastinate and when I begin habits like hitting the gym I cant keep it for long)

    It would take long to explain how I got to this point, but synchronicities have sped up in my life. Today was a break through in understanding how I manifest my reality and I knew everything I want is coming my way, because i know now how to bridge unserving beliefs to serving ones. I needed a "how plan" to take action and here it has just come in the form of this video.

    the quick biking is SO ME. I bike so fast all the time and I'm exhausted and then realized I could slow down energy expensed a little so I was going 60-70% instead of 90% and I was still getting a good workout and not dead tired and it added like 1 minute... but this required me working on other parts of my life to be relaxed since the biking is more of a symptom

      I feel the same. This requires discipline to move on inclusive if the things are not perfect. Make it perfect on the way with practice and from the experience. Very important for me. A delivery date. " in 5 days I will send my offer to 10 people from ... With... And ...".if not it is very difficult. This is why sometimes not everyone is ok to be entrepeneur and are very good at working for others that have the clarity solved. It is very interesting all this. Regards from another Seeker. 😂

    Thank you, Clark. I appreciate your videos and your charisma in what you do.
    I really struggled to fill this in with my overthinking, but at least I filled it in, rather than keeping it theorized, as you mentioned.
    Energy: 10%
    Clarity: 15% (I think The Seeker archetype you mentioned is very apt for me).
    Self discipline 10% (this may be generous, though I have some discipline, though maybe too much in some areas and too little in the more important ones, or at least an imbalance...If that makes any sense they way I just wrote that).
    Subconscious: 5% (I almost gave this more as I am doing my work, especially in the last year, though I feel this hugely fuels my sense of lack within the other areas and why I get very little done).
    I think I'll be focussing more directly on my discipline rather than my subconcious as I believe that is a lifelong journey and I am making good strides there, though I often don't give myself enough credit.

    Although I was skeptical about the basis of the contribution of each sector and the subjectivity of the magnitudes, I found this exercise revealing. It works out since we are our own judges (although, how I assess myself will vary on the day).
    Also, I can see how I would have filled the chart differently 5 years ago…makes me think about how I’ve changed and how I feel about that…I need to reinstall some of the disciplineI used to have.

    Never thought about it in that way. It opened my eyes to the reasons why it is so hard for me to relate to life and solve some problems. It would be great to learn how to become disciplined. This is definitely my weakest point. I get frustrated very easily, even if I understand what goal I want to achieve.

    Wow I really like this concept. When you're having trouble taking action it's not just due to 1 thing, but there are multiple reasons for this. Once you know what you're lacking, you know where to improve. More self improvement TH-camrs should tap into this instead of giving the same one fits all solutions.

    I'm here with smoking. I've meditated. I tell myself every day "I am a non smoker".... Trying to change my programming. I struggle with self discipline in this area to a major degree.     I am definitely the seeker. I know what I have to do, but I’m stuck because I don’t have the means. Attempting to inch forward tho, so fingers crossed I get there and can finally bite the bullet.

    Was kinda nerve-racking to see my results 😅 but this was a pretty helpful exercise you actually see that I know I'm not living up to my full potential. I only hit 41% and I feel my clarity section was the one I need to focus on.

    It's quite stupid because you and most ppl have no idea how much greater you/they/I can be... It's almost limitless. Limits are there where your imagination is :) Living today with gratitude and emotions of future state you want to be in is KEY!!! One thing and the whole diagram will be almost full effortlessly :) Work smart, not hard!

    I went on a mission to improve my eyesight so I won't EVER need glasses/ contacts ever AGAIN
    * TO IMPROVE EYESIGHT****
    * AVOID screen time 1/2 hours BEFORE bedtime- if u sleep very late KNOW THIS that your whole life WILL CHANGE once you START sleeping on time.- avoid eating dinner after 6pm is a START.
    * sleep in the DARK- NO lamps/ night lights on
    *DO eye Exercises 5 mins to start then 3x a day ( TH-cam videos on eye yoga/ EYE exercises.
    *REDUCE sugar intake n fizzy junk foods
    *( SECRET from an eye specialist) GO out more in daylight. WALK outside/ go to the Garden MORE.
    *Put COLD compress on eye lids before breakfast
    * eye Exercises.
    *eat great IRON fortified foods such as beetroot/ spinach that teams up with oranges (VIT C) or carrots.
    * AVOID screen time before bed.
    *drink water throughout the day - AVOID drinking anything for over 1hr AFTER eating foods ( to Protect heart
