Coming back to look at this, it basically looks like they made the front of the phone as smooth as possible, but changed nothing underneath it. It looks like the earpiece and the camera is the in the same place, same with the home button, there's just no cut out for it. Then instead of making the bezels a uniform color, they changed it to try to make the screen look bigger than it was.
