Lots of Love xx
*I Weighed 310 at my highest and 190 and my lowest (lost 120lbs! within 6 months) I had saggy bingo arms tho they werent even bad, **weightlose.fitness** i just lacked muscle and didnt work out. and could easily be toned by working out, which i have been doing and ive seen great results quick. I do have a lil extra pudge on my stomach and plenty of stretchmarks which have faded. Strength training is the best way to go for faster results, better results, and you'll love going to the gym more than if you were to do cardio alone. Do not worry about sagging skin - deal with it when you get there because you'll be way happier at your goal weight with some extra skin compared to where you begin!*
Wow how did you lose so much so fast?
@@jujuomar8303 consistency and maintainability
I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. th-cam.com/users/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.
Also another way to prevent over eating is whenever you feel hungry throughout the day, often it's because you're actually thirsty. So when you feel hungry have a glass of water and if you still feel hungry afterwards then eat.
Sometimes our body tricks us into thinking were hungry when really we just need hydration!
Nice observation. I have felt that ...
true! im usually thirsty but i eat when im bored or sad
People don't realize that just because you aren't feeling thirsty that doesn't mean you aren't dehydrated. A glass of water every hour or so may make you pee a little more, but it will keep you from getting super dehydrated which can make you feel sluggish or have stomach cramps. Hydration is important and if left unchecked being dehydrated can put you in the hospital.
That does not help, believe me.
Shannon Hayden Hmm...guys...don't overdo it with the water. Please... There is such a thing as excessive water intake. That basically makes you pee out your electrolytes, and you will feel paradoxically dehydrated because there is too much water flushing out your system. If the pee is colorless, you are drinking too much.
This video really deserves to have 0 dislikes.
May I ask why please you think that ?
+kickasses Because it's helpful
+Napoleon Tragaj how stupid of me I read 0 likes sorry 😐
+kickasses Lol 😂😂
Who would even dislike this?
Why do I fit in all of the 7 kinds of hunger?
+Lygia Moura OMG,same lol
same.. 😂
We all experience all of these types at different times!!!
life is tough for people like u n me !!
because you are human and you now know what to do to help yourself.
The last type of hunger: When you go to a buffet with a huge gang.
REGRETS
***** haha yeah! quality over quantity, which is why i realised most of the time that buffet food isn't even that good.
Daph Duck my favourite buffet has better food than actual restaurants.
Daph Duck i

Hi Joanna!
I just wanted to let you know, that I have been following your videos and tips for about a year now. And I have gone from:
constantly eating (and I mean all the time, no breaks)
Over eating (instead of eating only a portion I ate 2 or maybe even 3)
Eating a bag of candy everyday (A WHOLE BAG) + soda
Eating bad, processed foods or take out.
To now actually eating well!:
I don't crave candy. (or soda)
I eat vegetables and low fat meats.
I only eat when im hungry
I eat slowly, so I wont be too full.
I drink water.
Your videos have really changed my life! And Im happy that I found you and your channel before it got too much out of hand!
It took me a whole year to change my eating habits (by baby steps) but Im finally eating healthy, and I feel alot better about it now!! So thank you SOO much Joanna!! You are the coolest youtuber that I know!
Aww so happy for u!!!💖
Another one that affects me fast is eating to fast so I don't feel full
That is what I do too:(
Cope The Gamer me too...
me too, in fact, i watched one of her videos and she said to eat slowly to avoid overeating. two things happened when i tried it: my food got cold and i ended up eating it quickly because i was so hungry
I just binge ate :( I will take your tips thank you :)
what does it mean
+Suzanne Karmakar Binge eating is like eating way to much than you need or maybe eating too much of something like chocolate or cookies or ice cream or even eating it all at once
same
What I love about eating healthy, is even if I am not that hungry but want to eat, I never feel bad about it! Plus, after I eat I feel really satisfied
+Joanna Soh 😊👅
Environmental hunger was the one that i can not stop
Thank you ! 😊
this is was a very interesting video. understanding ourselves is the first step to losing weight. I love how you provide us with not only tips but also real information. I've a food obsession and i'm trying really hard to overcome it by taking baby step.
My current struggle is *sense hunger*. When i see someone eating junk food on tv, i immediately want to eat some as well and i stay angry (real ANGER) until i don't eat something.
A few weeks ago, seeing someone eating pizza on tv triggered me and since i had no junk food at home, i had to binge on fruits and whole wheat bread until i felt full. I couldn't think of anything else as soon as i saw that piece of pizza. It was a really weird moment and i'm thankful i only had healthy food at home, otherwise i know i wouldn't have binged on crappy food.
+skyrab87 to get over food obsession is not easy. i will try to give you tips based on what i learned but i'm just a regular woman trying to get healthy.
1) *learn to love ingredients and not meals*. I avoid every processed food because that's addictive and too easy to consume. Want pizza or burgers? don't order, make your own. Doing the effort of cooking makes you more aware of what you put in your body, it gives you a healthier alternative and also it prevents you from "grabbing cookies from the pantry because you were bored". Want cookies? get up and make them. I'm a lazy bum so in the end, i always settle for fruits or chopped raw veggies.
2) *diversify food*. always try to incorporate new things in your grocery list. try agave syrup instead of sugar. try kaki fruit instead of cake. try roasted cheakpeas instead of chips. try herbs and spice instead of sauces. the more choices you'll have in your diet, the less you'll obsess over a few meals you already love. I used to crave chocolate ALL THE TIME because it was my main source of sweetness. now i eat various dry fruits and hence, less chocolate.
3) *drink a lot of water*/tea/sugar free lemonade all day long. sometimes we think we're hungry when we're just thirsty. i'm NOT saying to try to eliminate real physical hunger with water. but if you drink 2L of water throughout the day, you won't feel like snacking between meals and you won't overeat.
4) *be really aware of your feelings*. talk to yourself, listen to yourself, write down your thoughts and emotions. read it a few days later, see the patterns that are repeating themselves, try to figure out the root of the problem. i know it sounds cliché but being aware of our struggles is the way to knock them down. otherwise we're just shooting in the dark, hoping for results. What i discovered about myself is that i binge eat when i'm stressed because i feel in danger, hence my instinct tells me to put food(fuel) in my body. what i had to do is to prevent myself to get stressed. and when i get stressed, i tell myself that food is not the answer.
5) *have plenty of healthy foods* to binge on when you can't control yourself. as i said in my first comment, despite my efforts, sometimes i'm triggered and i can't control myself. when that happen, i'd rather binge on oatmeal and dried fruits than cake and cookies. on the same note, don't keep food you can't resist in your pantries.
6) *treat yourself*. if you're drinking coffee with a friend and you want a piece of cake, order it. it's okay. food is not evil. food is just food and it's okay to have a piece of cake once in a while. if you want to treat yourself at home, but you're scared it'll turn into a binge session, eat 2 apples before having your piece of cake so that you feel full already. If you want fried chicken, allow yourself to have it but only after you have eaten a full plate of veggies. if you crave chips, have some but only after you've eaten a 2 piece of whole wheat bread.
7) *get moving*. and i'm not talking about a 5K or a work out session. When you notice you're obsessing over food even though you know you don't NEED to eat, just get up and take a few steps. Call a friend to have a chat. Go in the next room and clean it up. take a walk around the block. Turn the tv on. Write down your feelings, be honest too. Breathe. Eat a fruit or a yogurt. go in your garden and sit there. anything to calm down the anger and be at peace.
sorry that was long. that's all i have for now. I hope it helps.
+Joanna Soh thank you so much Joanna ! Your videos have been a big help for me over the past year. I've progressed a lot in my relationship with food but sometimes it's hard to see the achievements. Writing down my feelings and tips made me realize i'm indeed going in the right direction.
+lookingforsure I was just wondering, because lots of people say to drink 2-4 liters or water a day, but I'm not sure if it's only me, but I get kinda sick of the water sometimes, how often do you drink, and how much do you drink each time? I know this may be a weird question p, but I was just curious
+Joanna Soh hi I'm looking to ask a question. I'm 19 and have a one year old daughter ( young mum I know ) but before I fell pregnant I had dropped a lot of weight and was happy with my body I have always been an odd eater I tend to only eat real food when I'm physically hungry wich iv been told is bad since my body can go two to 3 days without feeling hungry . sometimes I will habit eat on big bars of chocolate and cakes. I also have a Caffeine addiction I drink so meny cans of energy juice per day that I barely sleep at night so then end up eating more through the night ( I'm trying to get off them but the doctor explains my body is addicted so I need to slowly cut down) when I do eat it is always large potlrtions and always frozen chicken or cheesy macaroni. I struggle eating healthy foods as I'm a very fussy eater with both tastes and textures I keep watching all these videos that say if you want your metabolism to work you have to eat regularly or your body won't get into a pattern and will just store all the fat up when you do eat ? any advice would be appreciated I know my situation is a tricky one but my weight is getting far to out of hand and I'm starting to get depressed and not even want to go outside because of my size
+Jude Byres I suggest you do a research on candida - its a bacteria in our body that feeds on sugar and we do need it but if we eat too much sugar we cause candida overgrowth in our system and this leads to whole lot of health issues (and weight gain - because candida is overgrowing it wants more and more sugar so it sends hunger/craving signals to your brain to make you feed it). If you cant hold back from sugary stuff (and basically all the processed food is packed with sugar, even pizza!) thats a big sign you have a candida 'epidemy'.. After you do your research on the candida and think its the reason behind your problems, read this article: liveenergized.com/cleanse-detox/alkaline-guide-to-the-candida-cleanse/ Its your body, dont let the candida control you! Fighting!
Thanks Joanna this is exactly what I needed. I always overeat and usually not because i'm hungry. Sometimes it is simply because I love the taste of food or i'm bored. You literally have a video for everything I need. I can't wait until I have abs!!! Thank you.
When I watch tv I chew on ice so I trick my mind into thinking that I’m eating, but zero calories. Also I’m getting the water I need for that day. Two in one! Also, sense you’re mindlessly chewing on the ice, you can’t even tell it doesn’t have flavour😂
Nah, it has a flavor😂 but to me, it tastes bad 🤢 plus it's bad for the teeth anyway 🤔
(the fact that my friend eats ice using chopsticks is interesting huh 😂)
Abby Burghart ice is bad for chewing
search about the bad part of chewing ice
i love eating ice
I chew gum
Your speaking is gold 😍
Great information! My emotional hunger is spicy food. I crave for spicy noodles when I feel stressed or before my period. So I don't buy ramen in bulk and store them at home. If I really really want it, I go to a convenient store to buy ONE. This has helped me prevent impulsive eating. Also, I found out that I tend to feel hungry when I watch my favorite cooking show on Monday nights. So I make sure I eat enough before watching the show. Listening to my body and identifying my eating patterns helps me eat mindfully and maintain my weight.
Hi Shine. Thanks for your tip. I get hungry watching cooking show. Now I know to eat first before watching ..
i eat a vegan diet but i eat what might be considerd "vegan junk food". I dont feel as bad as i did when i ate omnivorus junk food, but its still not the best feeling. I found this video very helpful, and I will try to eat more nutritiously instead of just "junk food".
Oh my god same
Finally someone who explains is clearly without screaming!
You are a genius! I bored-eat all the time. And whenever I get home from school I go straight for making dinner. I appreciate you offering solutions! Thanks for the help!
was randomly trolling through youtube bored outta my mind and looking at work out vids found this idk why i clicked on it since im not overweight or all but I actually found this super helpful. being depressed my eating is very random but i eat for most of those 7 reasons and i know that when i balance eating i feel better way less depressed. idk why i feel like this is really helpful even though i wasnt even searching for it lol this video made my night thanks.
how is there dislikes? i dont see anything offencive or anythimg stupid about this!! :\
4ss may be they are just jealous 😑
4ss trolls.
all the dislikes are from the U.S. (just a joke, I live here lol)
It has misinformation on point 3 (about the time I stopped watching), plus silly adverts in the video that are unrelated (point 2). That is why I down-voted it. She's right about some stuff in her videos, but often she goes with common internet blog opinions rather than peer-reviewed science journals which contradict her.
4ss are* offensive* anything*
so helpful! I just got back from the gym and have been eating very healthy foods all day and feel amazing!
*I've just given up smoking it's very difficult and my appetite has risen 💯%* *I've been keeping it under control and only eating healthily if I feel hungry*
*I usually mess up the week of my period, I hate it*
Very useful video. It might help many to sort out their issues. But then again, analyzing and then properly acting requires discipline, which many may lack. So it may be required to dig even deeper.
she is so wise like everything she says makes sense, i relate to some/most of it and she really tells you to something not to maybe do it, definitely do it
I love how you briefly mention eating while bored. I used to always do that on the weekends but I don’t do that anymore
habit hunger is such a real thing! for me, it doesn't even have to be an activity, even if I drive down a specific road on my way home (that has tons of fast food restaurants), I consider getting something even if I'm not actually hungry
THIS VLOG IS WHAT I HAVE IN MIND AND YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO MADE THE WORDS OUT. THIS IS VERY HELPFUL THAT IT MADE ME CLICK THE SUBSCROBE BUTTON. VERY HELPFUL THAT I DID A CAPSLOCK! Many people today are so desperate to being healthy and slim, so please create more vlog similar to this. Thank you, Maam!
Thank you. I'm a diabetic & the knowledge you shared in this video really help me a lot with my diabetes management.
This is the most informative and direct video on this subject. THANKS!!
When she was explaining emotional hunger , I was laughing coz tats me eating coz I feel bored lonely... I Wil try to do wt u said , tq u
I lost 12 kg in 4 months. Very thankful to you, Joanna. Your videos are very inspiring! :)
Absolutely loved this video. I trend to crave and overeat regularly when I'm bored and stressed. I love to bake when I'm bored, but the trouble is I then eat what I've baked.
overeating is my biggest problem, I work out, I try to eat as healthy as possible (though I´m yet not 100% at the healthy point) but overeating is just something I seem unable to stop. I am an emotional eater, I eat because I´m bored or nervous, which happens all the time. thanks for the video. next week is a good start :D
Joanna, I stubbled on your videos a few weeks back. you helped me get back on track with my eating habits. I've lost 5 lbs in two weeks. Thank you!!!
You are very smart and very confident about what you speak... that's what I admire about you...
Love the way you explain and put the message across, many Thanks x
i just dont buy things :D if i know there is chocolate or anything else i like in the house ill just think about it and will end up eating it all, controlling myself when im out is the easier part for me.
This video is really helpful! I have hormonal hunger and I realized that it's okay to indulge once in a while just as long to be mindful.
Stop overeating:
1)Physical hunger
Eat when u r feeling moderately hungry
2)Nutritional hunger
Eat food with good nutrients, real food to avoid constant hunger
3)Emotional hunger
Comfort eating food
What am I asking food to do for me?
Change yr action to feed yr hunger, i.e. distract yr mind with other things, other than food.
4)Habit hunger
Change yr habit
5) Hormonal hunger
Indulge in mindful way
6) Sense hunger
7)Environmental hunger
party food, learn to say No!!!
Tune into yrself
Listen to yrself
Eating mindfully
V helpful video.l, thank u. 🙏🙏
Thanks for your videos. I have ADD(attention Deficit Disorder), so I get get disorganized on a daily basis. I do my best to schedule every activity in advance (including eating at a specific time). Every time I watch one of your videos it keeps me in check. Thanks for all you do. By the way I usually am guilty 4/7 of your list but I'm getting better at control.
My sister always tries to make me eat a lot and she says I starve myself but I never feel physically hungry. I used to emotional eat because of bullying and family problems which lead to more bullying/family problems because I was gaining weight
Thank you this is just what i needed. I have been having a lot of crappy food recently. Hopefully your tips will help.
It’s causeeeee😭😭😭 my parent cooking skills are sooo GOOD!!!
I love this!!! ever since I've been watching this channel I have been making better choices in food and not being lazy with exercise.😊😊
This video was one of the best and it was so important. It really gets to the root cause to much of our excessive eating. Thank you Joanna. Environmental hunger is what gets to me a lot it seems....
I'm so glad I found this video! I tend to eat just because I want to, or there is good food at home. I always make excuses, like "I won't eat this tomorrow!" I feel really upset whenever I get really really full.
I can totally relate to your video.Actually I am a habit eater just like you but sometimes I eat mindlessly and feel regret and guilt afterwards. My sister calls me "the one who regrets more after eating".Now a days after festive season ended, the regular breakfast doesnot make me full and I crave for sweet and junk foods. So I end eating biscuits, sweeter food right before lunch. After watching your video I feel motivated again to start healthy. Thanks for this mind opening video 😊
hi..Joanna I'm a filipina and your such an inspiration to me.. keep it up..
Tbh this video made me hungrier because It got me thinking about food ahaha I am an unstoppable eating machine
cc ahaha Me too! Hahaha and i am going to eat spoon of nutella
Evan XXIII you have no clue....
Ugh I'll never be skinny. This is really making me depressed again. I used to be so skinny and so pretty, then out of nowhere I guess I just started eating a lot or I got less active or something. I hate myself but I seriously can't stop eating late at night. The only way to stop myself is to just stay up and watch TH-cam videos but then I'm tired at school which isn't good. If I try to go to sleep I start thinking of the food in the kitchen.
kaly same😢
kaly *I eat chewing gum to stop myself from eating at night or I distract myself by exercing or colouring or doing my makeup. Find something you love to help ur self*
We must be twins😭😭😭 you spoke my heart out
Tania Cottingham I feel you stay strong 😢
What I noticed with myself is that less sleep will only get me hungrier during the day, and then I end up eating a lot because my body needs the energy. I think it would be best for you to try and eat a healthy snack, like a fruit (maybe watermelon?) or work yourself out with exercise that you knockout as soon as you lay down.
I'm so happy I found your video! It addressed my problem...habit hunger, which I am trying to break.
This video is so unique and insightful and different than the other weight loss hunger videos. Thanks so much!
there are 7 kinds of hunger.. there are 7 days in a week. I feel like I have each one of these each day.. I should stop being like this!! great video!! helps me a lot!!!!!
Excellent . I was confused about my hunger. Now I know. I can relate to this completely. Thank you so much for making this video
Hey Joanna! I really love your videos, you are the one who talks about these things in a way I can understand very well. When I am preparing for my exams I am so nervous I always have to eat or just snack something while I am studying but I replaced these to a bottle of water and I am taking sips of it instead of having a bite of something and it seems like it's working!! Also this way I have my daily water intake! Thank you for everything You helped me a lot!! :)
Joanna Soh hi can you tell me if 160Kg not doing exercise how much should I eat and how much calories need to burn by eating less if I don't do exercise
and option 2 with low motivated lazy don't like exercise how much is better to burn with exercise 1of5 1 exercise plz help
It's so hard to let go of the crappy food, but I am getting myself together, Thanks.
This is a great video. I enjoyed the way you broke down how to deal with emotional hunger. I become depressed for a few hours through out the day, so I turn to food. Talking aloud allows me to realize what I'm doing. I like to find people that can educate me in health instead of being insensitive and putting me down. I'm glad to have found your channel.
I feel like you really did a lot of research. I think it's never the easy thing to get as much insight as yours. Thank you So much! You helped me for sure. 💓💓
i love what you said about eating healthy about how much food you what to eat pick a good chose

I think you just changed my life.... Oh my gosh thank you this was like therapy to me! I have gained 10 kilos over the summer till now.. And that was because of overeating, but now I will remember your words!

They all sound like me! I'm going through so much in my life right now. All I do is eat a lot. I have put on maybe 30lbs. I get sad and mad after I eat lots of food! I work 11-7 and man, I eat! I will try this!
What an amazing and information packed video. Thank you!
You are AMAZING! Nobody ever explained me this before! You are totally amazing!
Common sense like this is hard to find ... thanks 🙏 so much

I can't thank you enough joanna ❤️ you helped me to heal my bulimia . I used to fast for 3-4 days and binge and purge . But now im eating clean healthy food ❤️〰
don't fight yourself and feed the illness, feed yourself and fight the illness ❤️
+Joanna Soh joanna plz hlp me !! I followed your steps but i dont eat eggs and dairy and meat or animal products, i eat big bowl of salad and oat meal and fruits , i eat pumpkin seeds as a snack and i eat it when i watch movies or play video games , I drink green tea .. :( .. In some days i just wanna eat cake or fried food what should i do :( it. Feels sucks so i purge , i did it twice this week :( its only the first week plz rply joanna
You have provided crucial information for those seriously working towards weight loss.Good job, Joanna.Thank you for your passion.Bless you
Thanks Joanna. Very helpful video. Keep posting such nice informative videos.
Yesss yess this grips me alot I've lost 110+ but maintaining is tough so lately i have a night sweet craving n your right i don't just have a serving n im not hungry at all i use it to keep me happy n sane at night but I'm going to use your advice n tips because ive over came binging n now i found myself doing great all day i eat pretty clean n balanced n at night instead of 1 Atkins caramel dark chocolate square i have another until i realize I've had 6 then im full sick with regret. I noticed brushing my teeth during a craving helps alot too so i will put all this together in hopes of recognizing I'm not physically hungry. Must admit once you're so hungry physically and you do get your food it's hard for me to not swallow the food whole I need to learn to chew my food even though I know the foods in front of me and I'm able to eat it's hard to not associate starving as a child and not always having food to maintaining my weight but when I feel that physical hunger to a severity point it brings back those memories so once I get food I want to swallow it whole as if someone's going to take it from me there's a lot of mental bad emotional connections with food that I need to work on but it's a slow and good process I lost the weight I'm in in maintaining mode I work out 3 to 5 times a week now I just need to stop the sweet Cravings at night that are connected to emotional happiness versus physical hunger if I can overcome the binges I can overcome this thank you Joanna Soh.
Thank you so much for this motivational video
I was 105 kg... Now i'm 70 k.g..and half of these k.g's i've lost are cause of you ❤️
not surprising but I'm included in all of these categories. well I'm gonna go on a diet and I think this video encouraged me so much. thank u.
I love this video so much! Thank you thank you thank you!!
Very helpful video! I overeat mostly when I am bored (which causes the urge to snack.)
I've learned when I get really tired my brain tells me to eat instead of go to bed.
Nadine what you do then?
This is incredibly helpful, thankyou
Everything is accurate. Much needed video for me.
Thank you Joanna. Very informative.
Superb presentation you Clear my all doubts....Thank you dear
wow i came here by just clicking this video and never even have seen this lady before..very nice video with awesome infor..so i subscribed!!
In love with her words info's ideas ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I'm a punjabi, we are big foodies. I've had extremely bad relationship with food my whole teenage! I used to eat alot, never exercised! I became 70 kg.
Now I'm in early 20, I've started exercising n dieting bcz I've to appear for an interview. I'm still going strong, continuing my diet but still at times i binge eat especially when mom cooks my favourite dishes n i used to slack off in periods but not any more!!! Gradually I'm developing good relationship with food, I'm learning alot i must say!! I'm becoming better each day! I'm 68 now.. my target is 55. :) good luck to everyone who's trying to lose or gain weight.. you can do it guys ..it's just the matter of consistency. Don't cheat until you lose all those extra kilos. You can cheat later once in a week. But not now.. stay strong ❤
Update- I'm 64 kg now ..doing alternate day fasting!
Hey Jona. Great vid. I've followed you for a while now. Thanks for all of your instruction. You're very motivating...and beautiful. Thanks again.
This is amazing! I love your understanding and insight! I use a lot of your material in teaching patients at work. Thanks for all the info!

Excellent video. I can see your honesty for helping others. Sat
أنت حقا رائعة شكرآ لك على هذا المجهود الجبار ❤❤ بالمزيد من التألق إن شاءالله
thank you for sharing this knowledge...
My problem is that I absolutely hate cooking. I don't like the idea of spending so much time in the kitchen for just one meal, so I just look for something quick. I've often wished for some of that goop from the Matrix or those little elvish breads from Lord of the Rings LOL
There are one pot meals and more simple ones.
I used to hate cooking, but my trick over the last year, in which I've lost over 30 pounds, is to "batch cook" (my term...not sure if anyone else uses it...lol). I cook up about 11-14 chicken thighs or about 10 chicken breasts all at once, and a big pot of baby carrots, or cole slaw, broccoli, etc., and then freeze the meat, and keep the veggies in a big bowl in the fridge. After each dinner, I take out a piece of meat from the freezer, and pop it into the fridge to thaw out for my dinner the following day. For dinner, six days a week, I eat a serving of meat with two slices of toast, spread with flavoured cream cheese, and have a big serving of the veggies. Five or six minutes in the microwave, and my meat and veggies are ready, warmed up while the bread's in the toaster. I don't eat other meals except lunch, and for that, I eat steel-cut oats, also cooked in the microwave. Very quick. It works! Sure, microwave cooking isn't the greatest for you, but I wager that it's better than fast food. Plus, here's the bonus: I only have to cook once a week, for about an hour, aside from my daily oats, and I eat healthy food. Once day per week at the end of the week, usually Saturday, is reserved for my "cheat day". It saves my sanity, since I'm on a lower-calorie regimen the other six days. Yes, I eat practically the same thing for those six days. It's easy, and I don't get bored of it, because I'm hungry for it, and getting great vitamins, nutrients, and fibre. To keep it from becoming boring, I switch up the seasonings, meats, and veggies. It's an awesome plan, and it works for me. Good luck to you!
Such a nice list of Hunger habits. I mostly fall in prey to the hormonal hunger :( Too guilty of that!
