Hi, do you have a link for the pan? Or what are the dimensions of the pan? I can only find 7”x6” the biggest size where I am.
Haven't seen a square pan yet! Great idea but making the perfect roll is still hard for me lol.

How do you steam it? Do u oil the pan? Or is it non stick? I want to make some but my process is slow. How do you make so much of them so fast?
I have the same pan and its nonstick. You dont oil it if its already a nonstick pan and you put 2 Tbls of oil in the batter. It "steams" on the stove top when you put the lid on.
