If you plan on continuing at 60/day this machine would work great. If in the next 3-5 years you see your business continuing to grow and your sales increasing steadily, you would want to probably look at the 2-groups. Hope that helps!

whats the volume of drinks (a day) that this machine can handle?
1 group: 50-80
2 group compact: 50-120
2 group: 75-150

What is the difference between the classe 5 ST, and thid classe 5 USB????? What does being USB mean?? Is this better than the 5 ST?
USB simply means it has a USB port. This is useful for downloading of operable parameters like number of operations, cleaning history and errors. You can download it onto your phone or your PC directly from the machine. That is the main difference.
