Does using the hot water drop the temperature of the water storage?
If say I use the hot water for americanos some machines use the same water for the espresso or steamer which can drop the temperature if there are a lot of americanos being made?

I disagree with you about the food truck, I believe a machine with a bigger boiler and hear exchanger is necessary for a Mobil unit, or really any commercial coffee operation.
