I bought it couple days ago I really hope it won't let me down when it comes to Running and Accurate heart Rate. Thanks for honest and great review ! :)
For sleep settings how do you set the fall asleep vs awake times? I found it once set it for 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. but it wouldn't read properly if I went sleep earlier or later then that time. No I can't find that setting at all to change.
You shouldn't have to put anything in for your sleep settings. It should just track your sleep without you having to do anything. Let me know how it's going
Great review. I have the same device, and love it. I upgraded from the original BIP, and the U pro is better in most respects. HOWEVER, there are two big points where the U pro is way inferior: the reflective display of the BIP was replaced by a LCD screen, which is not "always on" and isn't very well visible in bright daylight, and, in contrast to the original BIP, there is no way to display the GPS coordinates. Now THAT'S a real bummer, man. I hope it will come with a firmware update, though. How hard can it be?
It should be able to, but for some reason when I tried to use its GPS without a phone I couldn't do it. I don't think I can recommend it for your cycling
Great review, by any chance, do you know how to reset the country when we first set up the watch with the app I put United something instead of USA so I can't have Alexa working? Thank you.
Actually, I found out, we need to unpair the watch do a Factory Reset, and then Restart a new Registration in the right Country With a " New Email address".
Hey my friend.. how does the watch know your laying down and actually sleeping?. And when does it start? I put in I want to get 9hrs of sleep. Also I took the breathing thing off cause it supposed to drain your battery down pretty quick it says
Its a combination of the accelerometer and your heart rate that it uses to identify when you are sleeping. I'm not 100% sure that's all it does, but that's what these watches typically do. I hope that was helpful.
A couple other good options good options are the Mi Band 6 and the Fitbit Charge 4. I definitely want you let you know, even if you do one this, that calories tracked on these devices will never be truly accurate. It can only really track heart rate and steps, it can never know if you have a 5 pound weight or a 50 pound weight so try not to get to caught up in the numbers
@@FitnessWithFrost Wasn't saying you were wrong by any means, on some reviews i heard similar things, i feel it is luck of the draw maybe, or it depends on where you live :)
@@FitnessWithFrost Thank you for your response, if it does have this feature in some form it would show up in one of the sports modes like hiking, climbing or mountaineering. Seems like any watch that has GPS would have this but guess they don't.
Thanks for a review! Can you help me? I am a new owner of Amazfit Bip U. I did some jump skipping with jump skipping workout mode on. After I finished, I could see that the watch counted steps while I was in a jump skipping workout mode. Is there a solution for that? I don't know how to fix that because there is no option for step counter disabling :/ Thank you!!
@@FitnessWithFrost well, I want to do do walking daily, and of course, it will count my steps and calories burned from that. But when I turn on the jump rope mode, it counts calories burned from both jump rope and walking (since it counts steps (jumps) in the background). So it turns out that I do 2 workouts at the same time, and I end up 1000 steps extra steps that I didn't make. I hope you understand. For example, I burn 100 calories doing jump rope, but also some calories from those steps counted in the background. So at the end of the day, if my watch says I did 10000 steps, I have to consider I did 9000 steps.
Steps and jumping are kind of one in the same. It's awesome that you're getting a walk in and jump roping, but remember that steps taken isn't a pure measure of health. You can try and negate the steps taken in your jump rope workout and get those steps elsewhere, but try not to get hung up to much on the steps. Hopefully that helps. Good luck on your fitness journey
I haven't personally gotten my hand in the GTS 2 mini, but I from what I have researched is that the GTS line does has better sensors, so I would probably go to the GTS line
This. HUAWEI watches are terrible at 3rd party or Gpx export. They promised strava for two years and failed to deliver. Amazfit watches work well with strava and you can access your run data better.
Pretty accurate, but if your looking for the best accuracy I wouldn't recommend this. It's sample rate is a little slow so if you're doing a bunch of turns it will bounce around a bit
@@FitnessWithFrost Preferably below $100... honestly, I'm not watch person. 😁 I'll only wear it duing my HIIT session. It'll be my first smart watch. 😁
The heart rate monitor in the band 5 is more accurate and dependable. It doesn't have a GPS or a big screen but it's a more reliable heart rate sensor. Thank you for the kind words!
I’ve always opted for Fitbit because of their deep sleep tracking. But Amazfit has caught up. Might be time to ditch Fitbit. I love my Amazfit Bip, and I wish the U Pro had the same battery life, but it makes sense why it doesn’t given all the extra features. I may have to pick this up.
Is this Amazfit Fib U Pro watch better than any Fitbit watches in your opinion? Because I been using Fitbit for the last 4 years. Is it a good time to switch to Amazfit Fib U Pro from Fitbit charge 4 in your personal opinion because you personally use the Amazfit Fib U Pro? So what's your take on it at this point? Thank you and hope to hear from you soon. Have a great day ahead. 👍👍
I would take a Fitbit over the Amazfit for accuracy, but it's hard to deny the deal you get with the Amazfit. The App for Fitbit is a ton better as well. Hopefully that's helpful
Sadly I'm not to familiar with the verge lite. I did see it was more expensive, but I haven't tested myself to really give a good recommendation either way
Sorry it took a bit for a response. From the research I did it looks like the biggest difference is screen and battery life. The Bip S has a crazy battery life, but not a great screen. You will get a better screen and less battery life on the Bip U Pro. I haven't tested the Bip S personally, but I think I might get my hands on that soon. Hopefully that helped

Can it track cycling even when it is not connected to phone
It should be able to, but for some reason when I tried to use its GPS without a phone I couldn't do it. I don't think I can recommend it for your cycling
@@FitnessWithFrost okay
Thanks
No problem
How accuracy is running tracking on it can it compete with fit bit running data
Its decent for the price, but the Charge 4 and the Inspire 2 will be a bit more accurate

does this watch (when you use alexa) use the speaker? CAN it use the speaker?
No it will just give you text on the screen for the reply

I think you're going to need to contact Samsung support for that one. They are very responsive and helpful with the problems I've had

If we go out for cycling will it track how much miles have I have travelled?
It will track your mileage and it will be a pretty good tracker for that
Hey great review! Do u recommend this watch for cardio work, HIIT, kickboxing and cardio like that? Im searching a good watch to count calories
It isn't that bad. Not the best but for this price range it is very good
@@FitnessWithFrost great, what watch do u recommend to count calories for cardio?

I'm curious what do you mean with your question of the best way to measure your stress level
Great video. Do you have to have your phone with you on your run for the watches gps to work?
Thank you! It does say it has a GPS built in, but it was a little unreliable in my testing
Bit late, but I leave my phone at home and run 5k, and it tracks perfectly fine :)

Can we install 3rd party watch face?
Sorry for the late response, but from what I see. It doesn't look like there is a 3rd party involved here
How does the indoor cycling mode work ?
I didn't get to test that particular mode myself, but my assumption is just going by heart rate to calculate calories burned
Could you do a review on the Leotec MultiSport GPS Advantage
I think I can get around to that. Thank you
Which is the best band having accurate gps, amoled display and descent battery ,and more camparativy accurate sensors

amazfit gts 2 mini
