Can't find any info about battery life during gps tracking. Can you spread some info about that? As I am searching a smartwatch and tend to use it for long hikes I am conserned about the battery life... I had first Bip and it lasted more than a whole day and I usually charged it at nights, but If Bip U pro doesn't last for a whole day it looks pretty useless for me and I would take Bip S. Although I am more fond of Bip U pro features.
I am thinking about buying the Amazfit BIP U PRO.....but I want to know can you turn off and on again, the Alexa feature when you want to.....or is it "always on"?

HOWEVER, there are two big points where the U pro is way inferior: the reflective display of the BIP was replaced by a LCD screen, which is not "always on" and isn't very well visible in bright daylight, and, in contrast to the original BIP, there is no way to display the GPS coordinates. Now THAT'S a real bummer, man. I hope it will come with a firmware update, though. How hard can it be?

You can, you have to go into your settings and move it from your home screen options

Yes, you have to go in and allow all permissions, and choose the apps you want notifications from. Its a tiny button called manage apps
