Thank you for your videos. If not for your videos, I would be confused where to relocate. I just sold my home in Roseburg, Oregon and relocating to Astoria next month. Keep making your videos and ignore the haters.😂

Great video, home prices need to come back down for most people to be interested in buying. Old outdated homes for big prices.

We are 25 year residents of the Oregon coast. This is the best and most informative video. Florence is the sweet spot with its’ proximity to Eugene.

I wouldnt in a million years!
Do you remember 2011 in Japan?
We have the Cascadia subduction fault right off our coast. And it's gonna snap . When it does. It will make Japan's quakes look like a tiny wave..
But go ahead live the dream.

Done it many times! Depends on speed, traffic, stopping… usually ends up being about 30 mins less than what Google Maps says.

What are the cons to Seaside? What are the grittier elements? You kinda threw away that comment without much context or clarification.

Main cons of Seaside: winter rain/wind, smaller size, tsunami zone, lack of housing. With that said I think the pros outweigh the cons along the northern Oregon coast.

20:37, Brother, when my wife and I visited Bandon in October, a resident of the city told us that the City Council members drove out all the destitute and homeless people, because they were creating what she said "An Eyesore," and they didn't want to have that kind of an image any longer. Because during our tour of practically the entire city, we didn't see 1 down-and-out person; not one!! The city seemed to me prejudicial towards those who were poor/below middle class.

Thanks for sharing. As a normal human that has had good times and bad, I DO NOT WISH TO BE NEAR ANYONE who lacks compassion and ignores their duty to care for fellow humans

@@bethwaterston7004 if they’re on drugs, then that’s their problem, their weakness; it’s a choice they made themselves. But don’t put all destitute people into that category.
I was homeless once in the 1980’s, but I didn’t resort to drug abuse/self-destruction! So your evaluation is bogus!
