I told him, "SOMEBODY had to do it."

You should not get flap when your aircraft is not level, to prevent asymmetric flap, as you know the flap mechanism of PA-28 is not electrical, it's mechanical, :)
hi theweird one, you do not have to be a nuclear physicist to become a pilot! as long as you have a basic understanding of algebra, formulas and good mental arithmetic skills you should be fine. I was rubbish at math in school but took it upon myself to learn everything about it because I wanted to become a pilot. you will be taught how to do the math whilst in flight school so you'll be ok mate
@@theweirdone5531 I am going through what is called the modular route. I got a private pilots licence at the moment, working towards getting a commercial one. This way, if you do not have the money upfront (as flight training is very expensive!) You can work alongside doing your flight training to pay for it. As long as you have determination, you'll get there. I got my licence from a school based out of elstree aerodrome and it took just over 13 months

You cut the corner for final. Took third stage of flap on base rather than leaving as an option late final. Not a great effort TBH
I did 3rd on base and my instructor got sassy one time
Bad landing. You could reduce engine speed much earlier than touching the runway.
