    HA HA HA!! I knew the last one was chocolate!! thanks, i have the list and was pleasently surprised by how many of these i eat on a daily basis, Can you put the smoothie video on this channel, as its great and stops that mid morning and mid afternoon sugar crave that we all fight daily.

      @@LuluAgan Long cooked carrots and onions are really sweet. Also warm carrot juice tastes like a delicious treat.
