@@HereBeBarr Hiya Jon! Love your videos! I'd also recommend The Knickerbocker Hotel rooftop bar. I think you'd be mesmerized by the view up there! An excellent view of the NYE Ball & Paramount Building Clock Tower. Go there at night for the best view, with all the lights on. It's right smacked in the middle of Times Square too. :)

Birdland Jazz looks amazing! It feels similar to Iridium which is also in the area (under Stardust Diner) which I did visit.

You were just across the street from John’s of Times Square! The pizzeria I told you that used to be a gospel Church. You should definitely check it out. It’s 2 floors, 450 seats and 4 brick ovens. And great artwork! Another great video by you!

Even though it's not a secret per se, 54 Below (former location of Studio 54) is a GREAT cabaret venue with top-billed talent in a small dinner club. Every show I've seen here you can make eye contact with the artists. They really play to the room and it's a different experience to a larger hall where they can't see the audience through the flood of lighting.

Fun fact: I have close associates who have performed at 54 below. I might be performing there myself sometime next year

Birdland is definitely on my radar! I'm a huge jazz fan and as I live in the UK I love to go to Ronnie Scott's so being able to go to Birdland would be a bucket list trip.

This video hits the spot. I never heard of Birdland, but now I want to have dinner and listen to some great jazz there. And that first rooftop lounge is about as good as you'll find anywhere on the planet.

So glad you highlighted Birdland! My New York City holidays are planned around Birdland! One of many highlights is the Birdland big band every Friday teatime from around 5pm. 2 hrs of works class big band music and it’s a great club! Great staff and great food!

I’ve just come back from NYC and I loved it. Knicks game at msg, Times Square, high line, Hell’s Kitchen, Empire State. All amazing. Need to go back as I barely scratched the surface haha.

Just went to Beast & Butterflies and the ambiance was great, the view was epic and the food is good. Plus the staff was friendly.
