love and sex are two different things ...as gay men we know we are different from those around us before we know about sex ...what an amazing guy ...respect to him.

Shame that parents turn their back on their children for coming out as gay. They should show them love and treat them the same way as they have always been treated. Great podcast/video. Goes to show other sportsmen and women out there that it's ok to be out as lgbt and still play great at their relative sports

I think that religion also plays a big role especially in the USA. Keegan’s mother could have been influenced by religion although he didn’t bring that up. Of course the older generations are more religious or at least influenced by a more religious society.
It's very sad that his mother still doesn't speak with him after he came out. Homophobia brainwashes people to be so hateful.
