Beautiful work man :) The ricoh, or I guess I should say 28 mm, feels harder to compose with in a compelling way; but when you do nail it, it’s super satisfying tho😊 That’s been my experience with the ricoh at least haha
Thanks! Yes the 28mm focal length is a hard one and that may not really fit my photography style. I am always seduced by the idea to switch to the GRIIIx but whenever getting something good on the 28mm I want to keep it haha
Great video and photos! I am planning to visit Osaka soon and was wondering where this location with the pedestrian overpass over the big crossing at around minute 7 is. It is an interesting location.
2 photos in and this already looks amazing. Great work all the way through, man. Did you feel a noticeable difference in flow shooting this time for any reason?
@@adriensanguinetti The extra awareness and carefree mindfulness for your surrounding definitely came through in the video - and you got a lot of great results. I was particularly impressed with the sudden switch to motion blur images culminating in that great vertical shot. ✌️
@@adriensanguinetti Thank you. I assumed that IBIS on might cuse some trouble, so I just asked. I really need to try some panning shots soon. Thanks for the inspiration.
Good stuff Adrien. Do you feel the people of Japan react differently to being photographed than say people in Europe? I sometimes feel people in the UK get offended when confronted with a camera pointing in their direction.
Thanks! Yes, here people do not really care. They want to avoid any kind of confrontation so even if they don't really like to be photographed they are very unlikely to talk to you and will actually try everything to not be in the pictures. It is not like there are street photographers everywhere but Japan is the country of all these camera brands so they might me more respectful towards the art of photography.
really like the breakdown of some of your shots at the end, i would happily watch a whole video of just that :)
Thanks for the comment! Noted, I will do that again and will think about making a video exclusively like that
Always a pleasure to see you shoots!
Thanks!
Man I love the GRiii and you do it so much justice! Keep up the good work Adrien. Much love from East Tennessee🙏🏼
Thanks so much!!
Great work yet again
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks for the inspiration, such an amazing camera :)
It really is!
Gorgeous shots man, hope you have a fantastic New Years 😌
Thanks, you too!

Great shots!👏
I want that camera now...!🥺
Thanks! Haha go for it ;)
The Ricoh is such a fantastic camera, just wish it had better battery life.
Totally agree! It’s almost ridiculous how short it is 😆

Thanks! I have the GPS data 34.698183, 135.502037
You can try putting that in google maps ;)
Wow, thank you! @@adriensanguinetti
Would be helpful if you posted the settings along with the photos and the focus settings your using. Thanks !
I do it sometimes but it takes a lot of time. Will try to do it more ;)
2 photos in and this already looks amazing.
Great work all the way through, man. Did you feel a noticeable difference in flow shooting this time for any reason?
Thanks! I did a little bit actually. It way be simply because I was not stressed at all and did not care about any potential result

Can you do a video on the best settings to use when using the ricoh
Thanks for commenting, I will it is comming soon ;)
Très sympa cette promenade. Très belles photos. Couleurs du Ricoh? Ou pas il y a de l’édition ? Merci
Merci! Toutes les photos sont éditées avec Lightroom en utilisant mes presets comme point de depart
Very serene session, thanks for sharing. Do you turn off the IBIS for the panning shots?
Yes I do! I tried with IBIS by mistake and it’s very difficult to achieve anything decent so I turned it off
@@adriensanguinetti Thank you. I assumed that IBIS on might cuse some trouble, so I just asked. I really need to try some panning shots soon. Thanks for the inspiration.
Awesome video. Are you using the "Negative Film" in these shots or your own LR presets??
Thanks! I used my presets on those 👌🏻
@@adriensanguinetti Oh cool! Which ones? Do you have them for sale? Thx
Beautiful!
Really want you have a try on Griii x
Maybe one day! Thanks for commenting
Awesome shots! Could you share your recipe?
Thanks! This is not from a recipe. I used Lightroom and my presets to edit all pictures
4:58 Was he drifting?
Haha the perspective looks weird indeed but I can tell you he was not
