No, MMA guys have issues beating boxers in boxing rings. Because they don’t have the use of most of their skillset. If I’m primarily a wrestler, that shoots doubles to get you on the ground to donkey Kong you, I’m not going to do well against professional boxers, because they’re professionals at what they do…their whole life is spent on only throwing hands. Please don’t confuse an MMA guy losing in a sanctioned boxing match with 10oz pillows on their hands with Fighting ability or what would happen in a street fight. Boxers would get destroyed. That’s what’s supposed to happen…anyone that says otherwise has never been leg kicked. The one boxer that had the balls to get in a cage found out reality pretty quick. (James Toney) What happened there? And he was an ACTUAL boxer, Toney was amazing to watch in the 90’s…

Perry is 5'9 but they added an inch on the telecast before the fight lol but jake is naturally the bigger guy. When he fought tommy, who is his size. He lost, and tommy isn't a tip tier boxer.
