I think other than consistancy, one of Ng tactics was not to hit clears and lift to get attacked by Axelsen. He had to be highly focus to hit a good quality net shot.

well in any sports u play, the team that makes the most mistakes loses the game. a top ranked player in a lower form can be defeated by a lower ranked player in top form, simple as that. awesome job to nty for keeping up the consistency of making less mistake against the pressure of facing a world no 1

When is he going to play ? Bam , while waiting for his recovery please expose more new players. I know Justin hoh has the potential to be a better player than Nty and Lzj . But still its more difficult for him to emulate the ranking of Nty or Lzj because his ranking have dropped to 220 over. Meanwhile please expose more younger players especially in the mens singles department and women's singles.
No offense but my opinion is BAM should invest to improve the English proficiency of players because afterall they are International players representing Malaysia in a sport that is gaining worldwide popularity. If players of other sports (e.g Korean golfers) and even celebrities whose English is not their native language, can improve on their level, why not them? Just offering my humble and constructive opinion...🙏
