    I enjoyed the way this video was put together. I think I'd love to see the scores of your matches synched to the footage on screen. I'm so impressed with how well you've come already with your injuries. I'm glad to see your classic style back on the tour. Congrats to Marshall , that comment goes to you as well.

    @BradandKyleBowl I'm a bowler in the Chicago area and have worked with Paul for over 4 years now. Dude is a wizard, a fantastic resource, and an excellent person to have in your back pocket. I wish you the best as you deal with your injuries and remember to trust the process!

    Those pocket 7 -10's are momentum killers. I have had 6 pocket 7 - 10's in the last 3 weeks of bowling with 2 of them costing me a 700. Let the body heal ,recharge and come back stronger.

    Too bad Kyle is injured. People seldom are aware of player injuries and just how hard it is to compete out there game after game & week after week. Hope he heals fast - just wait till you hit 30, 40, 50, etc... it only gets worse. :( Best of luck to you K & B !

    Hey kyle. Sorry to see you struggling with your injuries. Not to play internet doctor but have you tried changing your shoes(inserts) that you wear daily? Just a simple change can change your footstrike and gait and in turn change the angle of the way you use your knee/hip. Im an avid runner and most people dont understand that simply changing your shoes can have such a positive effect on your knees and hips.
    Mention it to your pt.. maybe he can help you..
    Wishing you all the best..

    • @ripvanrevs
      @ripvanrevs 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You have to work on the tensor fascia lata muscle. That is what is pulling on the IT band. The tight IT band snaps over the knee causing inflammation and pain. This is a common running injury.

    • @AyoMrB
      @AyoMrB 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@ripvanrevs It's a little more complicated, but yes the TFL is overworked. The TFL is overworked because the glutes are under-utilized. This is a neural as well as muscular strength issue. It's like learning how to walk again and firing your butt muscles first before the TFL/Quads/hamstrings. Once you have the over-use injury to the TFL causing the pulling on the IT band, it just makes it worse no matter what you do. This is why rehab and strengthening is more important than stretching and massaging. It's a trap to treat the symptom area of the pain and not the source of the issue. It can also manifest as ankle and Achilles pain with a combination of tight calves playing a teeter totter on your knee joint. The knee takes the brunt of all the force if both ends of the chain are extremely tight. A physical therapist knows this, but a surgeon won't help you because they don't make money by helping people treat the origins of their problems, but by having surgeries to treat the symptom areas and never resolve the issues long-term. Sorry my response is a little long-winded, but it's foolish to say the tensor fascia is the cause of all the issues.

    I've bowled on this pattern before. Not easy. Abd its funny hearing them talk about it like its pretty meh in comparison to what they just bowled on a week ago. Like you only get a few boards of miss room on this pattern if you are matched up really well. The U.S. open if you happen to be lucky enough to get matched up okay, you get like 2 boards miss room. If you're lucky.

    I refuse to believe there's still people clueless enough that average 220+ in league(s), and think that they could easily be out there dominating. Sure, some could compete of course. But belitting actual pros? Again I have a very hard time believing that at this point there's still idiots like that out there. At least, at the higher levels of amateur bowling.

    Brad will prob never make another show.
    Marshall will win this event and another title this year. He will win a player if the year before his Deere ends
    Kyle Sherman just back from injury and he’s still hurting. Prob should take the year off.
    Aj johson gags in. Every title match
    There’s like 20 fans in attendance
