Thanks for the welcome. The2,000 and 3,000 grit only remove the oxidation from the headlight. The ceramic coat doesn’t need any mechanical grip or anything to create a bond.

You did 2 wipes at the end should of just did 1 2 wipes will make it foggy
If aply only ceramic coating whit out sanding will be much bether
