NO! That rice looks very tasty but is NOT Mexican or from any Latin American country [maybe Mediterranean]. We don't put mint in our rice!! And we use sofrito [A fresh mixture of onions, cuban peppers, garlic, cilantro, ajices dulces, culantro, tomatoes, and red/green pepper quickly chopped into a fine paste in a food processor or mortar/pestle=Caribbean way] salsa/tomato sauce, add incorporate the beans with the last ingredient incorporated to be is the washed rice and salt to taste. Or add onion, garlic, oil, rice, beans and then flavors for a different process If its your personal invention.. Good! Now, keep the good work.
