When you get a chance look up Steve Mac about the timeline of the return of Jesus. It’s the first one that made sense & although he says he’s not a prophet, he uses Bible scriptures & dates to come to this conclusion. All of it is correct & it could very well be before the end of this year. Israel is one, if not, the main reason for his thoughts. It’s lengthy but well worth your time. Absolutely Agree! I would be happy to have a closet that big! That fridge is IMO too big. In these times 6/8/21, who can afford to fill that fridge & the electric? Regular two or three door w/cubes & water, is fine, by me.

Just 2 things...would like the toilet in the Master to be private. If someone is soaking and someone comes in to poop...Relaxing Mood Over! And the secondary bedrooms had small closets. Thanks for always opening up those closets and cabinets.

Pantry shmantry! That's a great space, but it would be my private sanctuary a/k/a craft/sewing/writing room. The master bathroom needs a private toilet though. I'd gladly lose that tub in favor of that.
I agree with you about the pantry 100%. But totally disagree with you about the bath. It is almost accessible for elderly and handicapped. The lack of which is a pet peeve of mine. The only change that would need to be made at factory is to lower the entrance of the shower to the floor...making it a roll in shower. And of course no door or wall. The toilet is perfectly situated for grab bars and to get a wheelchair or walker in there or a hoyer lift. Actually I would rather see the shower located in half the closet and use that shower space for a 2ndary closet.
Chance you do, by far, have the best mobile home channel on the internet. With both a big dose of comical entertainment and education, especially how far mobile homes have come in the last few years. Others don’t even go to the sales lots. They just do virtual tours.

I love when there's a built in entertainment system but HATE when it's designed in a way where people would have no choice but to walk in front of it to come and go.
My preference is to not have a "built-in" area for an entertainment center so that the resident has flexibility of furniture placement. Instead, provide more than one location of wiring outlets.

Yes I could see those shelves stacked with fabric bins. I keep looking for a good crafting/sewing room. Unfortunately that pantry would have to house the three sets of dishes I use regularly. Do you think I have too many "things".

This home is swesome. I got my husband to watch the pantry. HE was impressed. I think since it's not IN the kitchen it doesn't HAVE to be a pantry. These is so much storage i. the kitchen itself. I could use it as my sewing room! The whole house is triky beautiful though. I love it. ♡ Blessings!♡

Water closets hinder elderly and disabled owners from using their own toilet. It is nearly perfect as is. If you feel like you need more privacy...Put a ceiling hung curtain like at the hospital....I probably would because of the 2 clear windows.
Thank you for saying because I agree. If not a closet, at least a half wall. The commode just doesn’t look right exposed as it is. If you put the grab bars to where you can hold on to for support and to pull up on. I have elderly family members who use walkers for their support and mobility. They have water closets with bars in their bathrooms. They have no problems getting in and out and they feel safe and secure using it.

And if they need help cleaning up afterwards they will have to come out of the water closet. Dealing with the elderly and disabled its a issue at times. I guess you could ask if it can be bigger though.

I am looking for a single wide for my daughter and 3 year old granddaughter. I Love everything about this house. Thank you Chance for taking your time and touring these homes with us. I know several friends that took the house plans and having a contractor build them. The last several years they have done such a great job upgrading these mobile homes where you don’t need a contractor to come in and build one because, the quality has advanced so much. I am 52 and when we were younger they were trailers in trailer parks and you were considered white trash. Wow...times have changed now we consider them beautiful built homes. I wish the prices were cheaper, but with all the new updates I understand why they came up with these prices. Thank you again Chance for walking through these homes with us and allowing us to see all these different ways that we normally couldn’t see them other wise.😊keep up with the great work your doing for the American families. I think I say this on just about every video, but I LOVE this home!! I see that there are so many double wide mobile home tours on this channel so now you should do more triple wide mobile home tours on this channel instead.
Although I would love to see some Triple Wides ( he does do them ), I think Chance does just great mixing things up by showing all sizes from Single to Triple to big Modulars so everyone has a Chance ( pun) to find their Home.
I was thinking the same thing. The pantry is great but I think it might be overkill in terms of the walking/standing space. That utility room has quite a bit of space, too. If only there were a way to combine the two efficiently, they could free up a little more square footage for the Main closet and maybe even a powder room and coat closet. I do love it though. Still an amazing model.

Great home for the price. Kitchen pantry is definitely pantry goals. Master bath leaves much to be desired. Toilet could be enclosed and shower larger. And gimme some sliders on the back!! Another fun tour, Chance!

Chance, that is the most beautiful pantry I have ever seen! It even has wooden shelves, yay! I love the kitchen and living room...hate the beams, they take away from it, but that could be changed. Love the “no selfies in the bathroom sign”...too funny! Nice bedrooms too! The master is huge! What a pretty tub, especially if you want the neighbors to have a view!! Overall, great house

I saw his right hand swerve along the side of the monitor, and the camera was bouncing around. Didn't see his feet doing a jig though. One of these days there's gonna be a pantry with a huge mirror so we can see what's going on.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion. My biggest problem with the closet entry in the bathroom is the privacy issue. The moisture issue is close second. I would gladly have a second door in my bedroom. I designed the house we live in and I have the two doors as far apart as possible. Which leaves me with a pretty good size wall in between.
You could easily change that by having the door in the bedroom open into the end of the closet & have a solid wall in the bathroom. But those large closets have Vents in them that circulate air so there shouldn’t be any problems.
Diane Oliver I live in the Greater New Orleans area. The bathrooms in my houses all have air vents for the central A/C system. Mold and mildew still forms in various locations. I treat it with a mixture of bleach and water in a spray bottle as soon as it shows up. For me to consider this mobile home a door from the bedroom into the closet. That would eliminate both the privacy and moisture problems
@@billmorris2613 Try setting some Charcoal in plastic containers or little buckets around in the closets & change the charcoal maybe once a month or more often if necessary. Also there is a product called Damp Rid that works to remove moisture but in your area that could become expensive. A bag of Charcoal ( do not get the kind treated with charcoal lighter fluid) is pretty cheap & will last a while, also some Baking Soda in the Bottom of the Container wouldn’t hurt. Also try leaving the closet doors open with a fan circulating air around the room & closet too. Do your Bathrooms have exhaust fans & if so, do you use them when you take a shower or Bath? Unfortunately you live in a very humid area & so do I so I can relate to your problem. Also mold hates light so if a closet has a window to let light in would also help. Hope something here can help you cause that’s a royal pain in the butt having to clean that darn mold all the time. 😊

I love this home’s set up in the kitchen! Being disabled, lower microwave and a pantry I can get IN is a huge plus!

Put the sectional or sofa or lounge chairs inthe middle of the floor and people could walk behind it.

Great home for the price. Kitchen pantry is definitely pantry goals. Master bath leaves much to be desired. Toilet could be enclosed and shower larger. And gimme some sliders on the back!! Another fun tour, Chance!
Finally the microwave is at a height that’s it’s suppose to be.
BUT!! It needs a counter to the right of it because it opens to the right and there's no place to put your hot food down!!!!

Chance, that is the most beautiful pantry I have ever seen! It even has wooden shelves, yay! I love the kitchen and living room...hate the beams, they take away from it, but that could be changed. Love the “no selfies in the bathroom sign”...too funny! Nice bedrooms too! The master is huge! What a pretty tub, especially if you want the neighbors to have a view!! Overall, great house

The master closet entry from the bathroom is a deal breaker for me.
I really like the closet in the bath. It means only 1 door breaking up wall space in the bedroom.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion. My biggest problem with the closet entry in the bathroom is the privacy issue. The moisture issue is close second. I would gladly have a second door in my bedroom. I designed the house we live in and I have the two doors as far apart as possible. Which leaves me with a pretty good size wall in between.
You could easily change that by having the door in the bedroom open into the end of the closet & have a solid wall in the bathroom. But those large closets have Vents in them that circulate air so there shouldn’t be any problems.
Diane Oliver I live in the Greater New Orleans area. The bathrooms in my houses all have air vents for the central A/C system. Mold and mildew still forms in various locations. I treat it with a mixture of bleach and water in a spray bottle as soon as it shows up. For me to consider this mobile home a door from the bedroom into the closet. That would eliminate both the privacy and moisture problems
@@billmorris2613 Try setting some Charcoal in plastic containers or little buckets around in the closets & change the charcoal maybe once a month or more often if necessary. Also there is a product called Damp Rid that works to remove moisture but in your area that could become expensive. A bag of Charcoal ( do not get the kind treated with charcoal lighter fluid) is pretty cheap & will last a while, also some Baking Soda in the Bottom of the Container wouldn’t hurt. Also try leaving the closet doors open with a fan circulating air around the room & closet too. Do your Bathrooms have exhaust fans & if so, do you use them when you take a shower or Bath? Unfortunately you live in a very humid area & so do I so I can relate to your problem. Also mold hates light so if a closet has a window to let light in would also help. Hope something here can help you cause that’s a royal pain in the butt having to clean that darn mold all the time. 😊

Totally agree why don't they put windows up high for natural light. The lower ones have to have blinds and closed all the time‼️
