He's so charming. I hope France wakes up to the reality that not everyone wants to live in a regular house or apartment. All of our countries need to adjust their laws to the changing times.
I wish it would be a simple problem of habits regarding what is a house supposed to be, but the main argument used by politicians over the last decades regarding "a house is a brick building on a piece of property that is zoned as building-ready" is the fear of gipsy and travelers settling up anywhere, as France has some (usually shitty) special zones to welcome these people and their caravans/RVs. There could be improvements made to French (or German btw) laws so that something that does not cost several 100Ks can be recognized as a valid housing unit, but politics are stuck in this quite racist stance and are afraid some people without money are going to come and rob all the wealthy people's available land.
@@greham Your words are so true. Besides, the only reason many politicians and wealthy people are concerned about their land is because they've taken from those who don't have.
Who would have thought you could fit a full music studio like this inside a tiny house!? The design of this home is so cool and I love how it's truly been designed and built around Guillaume's musical passion. We hope you enjoy the tour of this beautiful home. With love, Bryce & Rasa
Always enjoy whatever you and Rasa have to share with us .... I think it doesn't matter if you have a big or bigger space ... It's what you do with what you have and have created .. and yes HE is happy with what HE has created ... I love it ... Thank you both 💕💕🙏🏾
I like music/hifi equipment and I always wonder how you listen to music in a tiny house. It need space and it consumes energy and that is what you want to avoid with a tiny house.
I love his little balcony off his bedroom❣️ That's unique. It's glorious. He's fit sooo much in his tiny tiny house. Admirable. I love that he can do everything there and have people over. Good job, Guillaume. Thank you for sharing your home and your animal friends with us.
With English not being his mother language, I want to commend Guillome for excellent articulation of his story. Bravo! Cool studio/home. A real bachelor pad.
I love his explanation of the choice he's made, the fact that it's a personal choice. And also that his municipality accepts his choice, even if it doesn't sanction it. This is a step towards normalization. I'm in Canada and looking to retire to a tiny home, and it's difficult here as well to find a community that's progressive enough, that cares enough about the environmental impacts and about individuality to allow tiny homes. Mais grâce à des gens comme Guillaume, partout dans le monde, qui sont prêts à défier la norme, on y arrivera. Bravo, Guillaume. Et jolie maison!

Bravo!!!! We need smaller home options for millions around the globe who prefer the lifestyle and not tiny homes stacked on top of one another. His approach allows him to use the land but easily return it back to nature when he is done.
@@i_am_terom4810 It doesn't have to be for everyone. Many houses, in cities, suburbs, and in the countryside, have large yards which could easily accommodate a tiny house like this if the local zoning were adjusted to allow it. Many cities, like Los Angeles and Seattle, are seeing the value for their economy and making the adjustments to their laws. Even in a far smaller space than this, one can achieve privacy and peace for an ADU in a city setting.
He's a pioneer in the the tiny house movement in France. I wish him well and success in changing the mobile housing laws. It's a lovely, unique home in a stunning to environment. The balcony is inspired! Good luck!
Guillaume did a great job of presenting his TH. I did "Tiny Homes" as a topic with my students here in France. I will definitely show this video this year. Your English is very good Guillaume! Watching all those English DVDs no doubt. Bravo!
Yes! As a musician and music teacher this is exactly what I’d build! I only need a tiny kitchen and bathroom like his. A living room slash music room is what I already have in my current small rental unit. I have lots of vinyl records and a whole wall of music books too so my Tiny would have to be arranged around my music equipment too! This home is an inspiration for sure! His double loft is fantastic and the little balcony is awesome!
I like that small balcony😍 And I just love how he created a sense of separate rooms in the tiny house. It feels like a big house with so many rooms! Love his personality too🙌🏻

What an interesting and thoughtful person. I liked very much the great care he took to express that this way of living was a personal choice for him and that it was not a better way. And what an impressive set up he's got with his music studio. Very cool.
“Don’t stream music, buy CD.” 👍👍. Also, you can buy vinyl (records). That was the music/production guy coming out in me. Of course buying DVDs too is good.
I’ve been subscribed for such a long time but I don’t think I’ve ever commented. I have to say this channel is amazing and watching almost every video is like watching cooking shows or like Shark Tank. Bryce, you’ve done an exquisite job with these videos. I can be happy to say these videos have encouraged me in the architecture career. I hope someday I can make a tiny house so you can come a visit. By the way I’ve never seen a balcony in a tiny house. I feel this feature is like a top notch idea to connect to nature. I also enjoy the minimalistic look with the wood he has used so natural and bright. In addition, It reminded me of a ship the door he had for his bathroom. Fantastic video as always! I wish this channel nothing but the best! I hope more people live in a Tiny House in order to be sustainable & connect to nature. 🥇
This is amazing and very close to what I want in a tiny house. I may use this one as a starting point for a build. I like Guillaume's attitude as well. It's absolutely true that it's not possible, let alone desirable, for everybody to live in a tiny house. It's not "better", it's different. And it's also true that many laws are designed to protect the rich and enslave the poor, and nothing reflects that more than zoning and housing regulations.
I'm so glad he has heaps of DVDs and CDs too. At first glance, it seems like a lot of useless stuff because you can stream everything. But when you think about the server energy required for all those online services ... The next step towards sustainability: Choose your streaming wisely!
Beautiful environment, and how lovely to see his interactions with surrounding animals. It's amazing he managed to include all the room and appliances that he needed in such a tiny house. I can see his creative side from all the details he thought, including the 2 parts table, small balcony, etc.
I definitely want to tell my husband to check out Guillaume's channel. He loves Vangelis, and when I saw the book about Vengelis in the background, I thought, I bet my husband would like his music! Beautiful house, very adaptable and practical!
Nice, even has some eurorack gear in there, perfect for small spaces. Awesome little studio. You have that advantage of space/gear limitation, which always sparks inspiration.

As a musician and a tiny home lover this was a great episode. I also concur to preferring DVD's and CD's/records/tapes. Nothing against streaming I do stream however I will say that audio gets overly compressed on the majority of the music streaming services. Nothing like the sonic quality provided by the hardware.
Hello there. What a truly beautiful home! I especially love the marine theme, atmosphere and colours. 🧡 And, what a great philosophy about life, yourself and others! Live and let live in dignity and respect. I am convinced that with the tiny home movement gaining in popularity, France's municipalities will have no choice but to open the door for more housing options. Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous montrer ta belle demeure. Thank you!!! for sharing this lovely home. Cheers. 💐🌼🌷
Believe me, he has a great music setup. I should know, as i'm a musician myself. I applaud him for having this setup like this. No big studio with sound panels etc... Just trusting his ears! And yes, don't stream but actually buy your music and movies. Or rather, like he said, at least to some extend, buy them. Streaming is easy, i understand that. But it's much nicer to actually own something and holding it in your hands. I love that! In the past 20yrs. I think i collected around 400+ dvd's! That wasn't the best decision but as someone who didn't own a lot of video tapes. I really thought DVD's were IT at the time. Than HD DVD's and Blu-ray's came out and, well, we all know how that story went with Blu-ray winning it over HD DVD. Which in my opinion was definitely the right decision of course! Anyway, love the tiny house! Great job!
A lovely tiny home. I can imagine his music studio to be my craft studio 😁 and that balcony is such a wonderful feature. I can understand being a musician he is sensitive to the "music" by nature and no doubt an inspiration for creating his music. Well done.
Omg Bryce, I knew you'd be quite envious of him. Plus you and I (we met recently at Sarah and Antons ) would certainly resonate with his ethos on living. It seems they also have councils which need to change some of their plans. Thanks again Bryce. Jenny
Lovely house, and he brought up many insightful points about tiny house living. That nature view is definitely inspiration for an artist! Wishing him so much happiness in his tiny home! 👏
Modern gear is so much more compact than the old stuff we had to deal with that this dwelling is now a very real thing. Looks like a fun and practical place for him to be.
That is my kind of kitchen. Does the job and simple to clean up. Less kitchen is enough. I like the ladder arrangement a lot. Clever. Practical & beautiful.
I am glad you talked about the laws in France ! I put aside the idea of a tiny house. When you see in the news that people who lived in a tiny house for 2 years or more, and suddenly the Mayor say they can't anymore ! I envy you Bryce, seeing that in New Zealand, you can buy a piece of land and put any kind of house you want on it. This isn't possible in France.
What a pure soul! Hate to think that he had to give up his drums. Some day he may join another tiny to it and get them back to their home. I truly wish the best for him.
What a lovely guy and beautiful home. Such clever use of space and creative solutions to meet all his needs. It is clearly not only comfortable but also very functional. I must also say, though, that I’ve never seen that many DVDs in anyone’s house before - not to mention in a tiny house!!! 😄😄😄
I will agree that this comment might sound abstract from the video content but I will like to share an important thought that I think everyone should consider. If you don't find a means of multiplying your money, you will wake up one day to realise that the money you thought you had, has exhausted. Investment is a ladder to climb the financial wall.
I agree with you. Investment is also a bridge to creating financial longevity. And not just any investment but an investment with lots of return because there are investment that has less or no returns.
From my own point of view " it's best to have an investment *manager* who has well acquainted knowledge about Investment, to help you earn from your Investment on your behalf while you oversee the Investment growth, having hundred percent access to your portfolio".
Speaking of investment *manager* , any recommendation? . I will also want to know if while he/she handles my Investment, is my investment still accessible by me to monitor and authorize any action on the Investment portfolio?
Your investment portfolio is accessible by you alone. All Rachel Hilda S. , does is assist you to merge and start your portfolio to begin generating daily earnings. while you monitor the earnings daily and withdraw whenever you want to.
He’s such a nice and charming guy! And his tiny house so nice and functional as well. And boy, the location is superb! Can we also mention his goat’s cameo?😅😂
Lovin what he has done here nicely thought out lovely small balconie nice layout . hopefully france will change their rules, Nice how it is tucked in the trees . yes it should be allowed to live in a Tiny home everywhere they are much better for the environment.
Guillaume has created a lovely space in which to live and work! And I totally agree - buy CDs, don't stream music! It is SO unfortunate that laws all over the world make it so difficult for people who would choose to live lightly on the Earth, to build affordable tiny homes using fewer resources, and which houses in turn consume less electricity or power to heat, and less water! Here the world is, in a climate crisis, but laws are changing very slowly where they are changing at all. Here in Canada we have a housing crisis, and many people would love their own tiny home rather than an expensive box in a highrise apartment building. When I look at the tiny home communities cropping up in various places in the world I feel hopeful, but our lawmakers must work faster to meet the needs of the planet and its people!
Nice one! To recoup space and air, I would rip all the music and film media to a hard drive an store the originals in a waterproof container outside/off-site.
Hi Bryce... it is Amazing how he set up his music 🎶 🎵..Absolutely Genius...what a awesome man..... his bathroom was nice .... kitchen has everything he needs even a tiny washing machine... Lots of luck ... his porch is nice what a view he must have... 😍 God Bless

Unfortuntately, France has politicians that live in the past! Not only for housing!
What a lovely guy and beautiful home. Such clever use of space and creative solutions to meet all his needs. It is clearly not only comfortable but also very functional. I must also say, though, that I’ve never seen that many DVDs in anyone’s house before - not to mention in a tiny house!!! 😄😄😄
A home for musicians, fantastic!
This is so delightful! I love his connection to his creativity as well as to nature. He it’s living so authentically
Cette petite maison est de toute beauté !!! Bravo à toi Guillaume pour ta maison et ton art musical.
Just a sentence: HOW BEAUTIFUL AND CLEVER. Love from Lérida, Spain.
The little balcony is amazing. Love everything about his beautiful tiny home.
He is completely and utterly charming!
what a brave and honest guy! Best of luck, Guillaume!
C'est très bien! Thank you, Bryce & Guillaume for the tour and the opportunity to view.
So many things I like about his tiny house. It is also neat how he spoke English in this video. Music Makes the world a better place.
Wow! I'm envious. I really like the design and the setting is so beautiful and peaceful. What a charming man too.
Loved his presentation. He's so friendly.
Vous avez une magnifique tiny house ! Tout y est bien rangé et vous parlé très bien anglais avec un bel accent français 🎵🎶🤗🇧🇪
For me, I am benefiting from the service of Mrs Rachel Hilda S. , who is my investment manager* . her services assures you interest, daily and weekly.
Your investment portfolio is accessible by you alone. All Rachel Hilda S. , does is assist you to merge and start your portfolio to begin generating daily earnings. while you monitor the earnings daily and withdraw whenever you want to.
What a charming man and a lovely tiny house! I love the little balcony!
He’s such a nice and charming guy! And his tiny house so nice and functional as well. And boy, the location is superb!
Can we also mention his goat’s cameo?😅😂
Great house and he seems like such a sweet guy. Good luck to him.
Beautiful house and location! I love the nautical theme. It really feels a bit like a ship. A little balcony off my bedroom would be heavenly to me.
😍 God Bless
I love the format you have put together for your videos! Everyone can follow the general framework who show their houses and and who watch these precious videos.
@louise thanks for you comment, I'm glad you enjoy this video format!
I like this format of letting the owner show. the home to us, rather than to you.
