I think this is my favorite episode ever. Trees' sense of humor and positive energy made me smile throughout. The life she has created here is really inspiring and she radiates contentment. Wish her all the best!
Thank you for showing a tiny house which suits 60+ people! She can stand up just about everywhere and it's not as narrow as other tiny houses. I'm a hobby crafter and the idea of having all hobby things in a separate house is so appealing. *I'd love to be this wonderful crafting woman's neighbour!*
What a beautiful lady! She didn’t get swayed by the builder and got exactly the home she wanted. I do love the stairs at the end and the separate crafting pod, it can be left messy and head back to the serenity of the other pod. And… I really love that her family in Holland now get to see her beautiful home… hello family in Holland👋
Trees put a lot of thought into designing her home. One advantage of being older is that we have live long enough to know what we have to have around us for us to feel happy and comfortable. Yes, that bay window is amazing as are the leaded glass doors. She is such an energetic fun-loving person that it makes a person want to have her as their next-door neighbor!
I'm not family but I do live in Holland, I really wanted to wave back at the end! :) She's just such a happy person, I love her energy and I love the dynamic between the two of you! Such a heartwarming video to watch and congrats to Trees on her amazing tiny house!
As a German currently living in the Netherlands, I also wanted to wave back haha You created a wonderful home for yourself, Trees, thank you for sharing it with us!
I love this! I am about to do the same thing with the kids grown and gone, the husband passed and the grandkids are mostly grown and I am sitting in a large house with a ton of space. I have loved the tiny houses for awhile- a long while, so moved into one room to see if it would be a problem and it is not. As a painter, silversmith, beaded with table size looms and an herbalist, I could not figure out how to live tiny and continue doing what I love. This set up is fantastic. I don’t do all those things at once so the looms can hang up on the wall unless I am working on something. The deck is the icing on the cake. Now, to find some land and a builder. Thanks for featuring this tiny house and lovely lady. She is awesome and she made my day!!!
Loved this woman. So sweet, charming, and personable. And she's really created a lovely little place for herself. I did find it interesting how she talked about finding a co-housing place. I would imagine that as lovely as the spot is it would feel a bit isolated.

I'm really thinking very hard about this tiny house movement. If only I can find a really beautiful location, close to nature with killer views. Love her whole demeanor. Lovely woman.
its always so cool seeing how different and unique each and every layout of these houses are, i never seem to find two the same despite them being so tiny
That is rather a clever set up that Trees has! If she ever finds her co-housing group she'll be able to move her home and her studio, deck, etc. That huge bay window really makes a difference! And I love her jewellery. A very interesting woman!

That was one of the BEST tours I've seen on your channel, Bryce! Not only did you bring out the beauty of these spaces, but also the owner herself......Well-done!!
What she's created has been in my head since I started thinking tiny. A porch connecting two small units, outdoor/indoor living, nestled against a little grove. Well done, Trees.
Really love this arrangement, nice separation of work and play. The only thing I would change is having a bathroom in each house for those middle of the night rambles.

Such a cute couple houses!!! I adore cedar shingles. I just wonder about needing to use the bathroom during the night!!! Being an older woman myself getting down those stairs and over to the other house in the middle of the night would be dicey.
Her love for art and integration is patent in this cozy house. I fell in love with every single detail. The windows, however, took the cake! Thank you Trees for sharing your magical tiny houses. That all your dreams come through. 💖 Thank you to Rasa and Bryce for your relentless work concerning the Tiny House Movement 🏡, much appreciated 🙏
Every time I think there's no way these tours can get any better, I'm proven wrong. What a beautiful home and studio, and what a delightful woman. And Bryce is a pleasure to watch.
I knew it! I knew there must be an artist somewhere who'd had the idea of building two tiny homes - one to live in, one as a studio - and here it is :) I'd probably keep the kitchen in the main living space - but otherwise this is fantastic. I love the high ceilings - plenty of light. Thanks for sharing your living/work spaces with us Trees - maybe one day I'll create my own ;)
But it's actually practical. "She said she only used 1 room in her house" Key part of the studio that's her sanctuary so she put the kitchen in there for easy access. Nothing like making breakfast and working on her craft. Beautiful.
I love watching your videos, Bryce. Every now and then a video addresses a need and provides a solution. I'm so glad that you come in contact with such innovative people who just want to live a quiet and simple life the easiest way possible.
This is the sort of setup I'd love to have as a future home. A tiny house for living and another as an art studio/office that come together with an outdoor patio space. I loved how her own art is scattered throughout her home from the copper birds, to the stairs and other cabinets. I wish you'd shown more of Trees actual art studio. It would have been lovely to see how she organized her tools and work station, but overall, this was one of your better shows.
I finally bought my land Bryce! I was blessed to purchase a small waterfront property in the piedmont area of NC! Sleeves rolled up! I plan to document as much as I can. IsA
What a delightful episode! Bryce has explored hundreds of interesting "tiny houses" but this one is truly unique - as its owner. Trees' home is unique, an intimate dwelling, a truly personal space. All human dwellings should nurture the human spirit but very few do so. This 2 part dwelling does that with style and panache. Thoroughly enjoyed this tiny house tour.
If I were to do tiny house living, this is what I’d love. It’s just beautiful! Her artistry has made this a wonderful place to live. And having 2 separate places is fantastic. The only changes for me would be to not have all the steps because, as I age, steps can become a serious barrier.

Being an artist myself, I really appreciated and liked all the little unique features she's put in her home. Also having a separate art studio? Genius! Definitely what I need to do soon 😂 I especially loved the windows and that oil lamp and that the food smells from the kitchen will stay separate from the living and bedroom area. Imo, a very smart design.
What is striking is not the merging of two small tiny houses in an attractive way, but the woman who inhabits this place, she is full of vitality, hope and love of life....
I would also like to find a co-housing community for seniors, plus the big bonus of meeting artsy folks. Some of my old folk art friends have tried this in apartment complexes or small neighborhoods, but inevitably, an adult child will move back home to live for free and mess up the Senior Balance. It would be so much easier to have an artsy group in a tiny house community. That way, it's "all right" to have a studio house {often frowned upon by even the tiny house folks}, and adult brats would be forbidden from taken over Mom's sacred place. That place gave me hope, such great spirit.
Yes yes yes! I loved seeing these two units and how she set it all up to suit her lifestyle! As a private music teacher needing space for a music studio with electric pianos, guitars and a drum kit, this sort of set up is ideal! She was so sweet and it was delightful to peek into her creative world! Loved the stained glass windows and all the angles in the houses.. really unique, like her.. 🥰🥰
Love this! I am an Artisan, Musician and Artist as well and I think about going tiny but always said I would need 2 to 3 tiny homes to make it work. One for sleeping and eating and the other two to house a studio in one and my music in the other. Thanks for sharing!!
I really love the way Trees has set up her tiny home. I love the deck and the separation of the kitchen of the sleeping and living space. I also love the uniqueness of the spaces. They are very cozy. ♥️🇨🇦
I'm 64 in SW AR building my own tiny cabin. I want my interior to look like hers when I'm done. I'm also an artist. I'm using cedar planks and bead board (for now) on my walls. Walls will all be cedar eventually.
Perfect description, Bryce - it's a magical house! I love her, I love her house, I love her art - and I would move in there in a heartbeat! Books! Weathered cabinets! Stained glass windows! Handmade paper on the walls! All that's missing is a dog.

Trees brought out the best of you, Bryce! One of the best interviews ever!
Bryce is such a kind being🌱 He has such amazing energy💞
I know it's just a show, and everyone has good days and bad days, but his positivity and love and genuine enthusiasm is so encouraging ❤
I love the two building tiny house. The things she built herself are enviable and perfect. Wishing all a good life.
Being an artist myself, I really appreciated and liked all the little unique features she's put in her home. Also having a separate art studio? Genius! Definitely what I need to do soon 😂
I especially loved the windows and that oil lamp and that the food smells from the kitchen will stay separate from the living and bedroom area. Imo, a very smart design.
SWEET MOTHER OF WENDY DARLING!!!! I LOVE the oil lamp, the cabinet, and the curtains on the huge feature window! And books! Wow.
Love this tiny home, such a great idea having two spaces for one house. What a wonderful lady too.
Hands down my favorite episode. She’s so cute 🥰 and fun..her house definitely reflects her personality
Just gorgeous and artful. Love love. Im 75 in 314 sq ft Alaska.
What a fun interview. Lovely woman.
I much prefer the concept of 2 separate living spaces and separating the kitchen/bathroom from the sleeping areas.
This woman reminds me so much of my Aunt! She lived to be 90 years old and I hope this amazing woman also has a long heathy life as well! 🙏❤️
PS I agree with your opinion of Books!!! I would give up Technology before my books! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you, that is what I am aiming for…….., at least!
OH,,,,,,, I AGREE (ADULT BRATS) !
Awe. Family is back in Holland.
New Zealand creatives, link up with her!
Thanks for the insight.
This makes perfect sense. She can get away from her studio when she gets tired and she doesn't have the mess of art supplies in her living area.
Oh, my! This is my new favorite! Windows! Decorating! Anti-modernism, which I love! Incredible home!
Incredible and a true example of living a life of love and creativity connected to so much nature
Loved this set up! My husband is an artist, and I've been telling him for years that we need 2 tiny houses!!
As a fellow Dutchie myself I’m super stoked to see what Trees has created! Trees je bent een KANJER en ik hoop dat je familie je snel op zal zoeken!
Dank je wel Adelheid!
Love this! I am an Artisan, Musician and Artist as well and I think about going tiny but always said I would need 2 to 3 tiny homes to make it work. One for sleeping and eating and the other two to house a studio in one and my music in the other. Thanks for sharing!!
I love this woman and her home. She's the perfect one to show folks that a tiny house is a HOME.
So unique, so inspiring, so individual! Thank you for sharing!
She has such fascinating esoteric books.
Sympathique dame ,dans une sympathique tiny house 🤗🇧🇪
I’m half Dutch and building my own tiny house and feeling inspired and in good company watching this 😊
Absolutely beautiful home & beautiful woman as well!
I really love the way Trees has set up her tiny home. I love the deck and the separation of the kitchen of the sleeping and living space. I also love the uniqueness of the spaces. They are very cozy. ♥️🇨🇦
What an exceptional woman. I felt so happy just watching her ❤
I'm 64 in SW AR building my own tiny cabin. I want my interior to look like hers when I'm done. I'm also an artist. I'm using cedar planks and bead board (for now) on my walls. Walls will all be cedar eventually.
The owner, the host, and the house is what made this my favorite episode ( and those doors )
Probably one of my favorite tiny houses, and one of my favorite owners. I would love to sit with her and have a cup of tea!
Perfect description, Bryce - it's a magical house! I love her, I love her house, I love her art - and I would move in there in a heartbeat! Books! Weathered cabinets! Stained glass windows! Handmade paper on the walls! All that's missing is a dog.
I agree, I am not allowed a dog on this property.
this video put such a huge smile on my face!!! Trees is an incredible and lovely person and her home is magical and so full of character indeed!
Cozy cabin vibes! 🏠
And I just love the big glass windows🪟 especially the one with sunlight filter curtains💚
She is such a happy, artistic, quirky lady. And her tiny reflects her personality.
Such a lovely woman who has created the perfect space to enjoy her life. Really like the concept of the two separate spaces with that amazing canopied deck! Brilliant design, Trees🙂
How lovely to see this gorgeous lady having a none negotiable workspace with two tiny houses - just perfect ! Well done.
Great set up - I love the deck and covering, stained glass windows, shingles on the outside -so much personality! She has a true artist heart.
What a lovely lady, she has made these tiny houses into a perfect living space. I hope she has a long and happy life in her beautiful studio and house!
