I am really excited to try this one! The lifting intervals don't look as intimidating which is a good thing for me. I don't enjoy lifting because in the past, I always injured myself and I HATE not sweating and I find that when I lift, I don't sweat. I also wear glasses so I always feel like my specs slide off when I lift, lol. But, I do like the way, Winter, you have broken up each workout so that with one interval, I am jumping or jogging on the spot (I do that sometimes ;) ), and in the other, I can grab my dumbbells and do a set. I really LOVE your workouts, Winter! The last week or so, I have been feeling really demotivated due to stress at work but, Winter, your workouts always cheer me up. And I must prioritize my exercise and nutrition so I have blocked an hour a day to do these workouts of Winter. So for helping me bring that self-discipline in my life.... a BIG thank you to Phoenix Nation :) We love you.

I really enjoy this style of workout. The rope is fantastic in and of itself. However, in order to have a complete, balanced program we need strength training too. Another no nonsense upload that's really beneficial. Cheers!
YES we need strength training. I NEVER just jump rope my training is made up of various modalities that I am going to be sharing with your guys - an insight into how I train during the week

Weight training is important especially for women as we get older. You want to build lean muscle on your body

Yes this exercise is a burner on the posterior chain and often one you don't see people use.
