However, I highly recommend an extreme makeover in terms of clothes and footwear and workplace and just about everything else. At least a fresh coat of paint and some nice new work shoes and new jeans and shirts? Put some of that skill and resourcefulness towards some decent digs.

First of all the they are far away from casting concept. First concept of casting is cooling of the product the way of pouring make product very brittle

Очень низкий уровень производства. Туда надо кран-балки, формовку нормальную, машинную, конвейер и тд.
В их случае это лишние, там очень низкая оплата труда. Дешевле людей гонять, чем вкладываться в производительность. Может и мы до такого скатимся. У нас на Донбассе уже так, посмотрите для интереса что такое "копанки", уровень механизации примерно на их уровне.
@@romaninappropriate1197 Лишнее, не лишнее, но производительность вырастет и качество вырастет, а смертность и количество травм снизится, вот уж точно. Копанки, это вроде, как я помню у вас нелегальные шахты, слышал о них.

Я в такой работал когда жизнь прижала, в них людей больше погибло чем на войне, только это никого не волнует, пока есть люди которые готовы работать в скотских условиях, условия менять не будут. А жизни людей и травмы их мало волнуют, они столько ментам заносят, что люди могут пачками умирать и на это будут закрывать глаза.
Сначала туда надо Сталина и лет через 20 все это там будет. Ну правда кое кто заменит этмх рабочих, под конвоем проработает, а кого то эти работяги к стенке прислонят., став властью разного уровня
